Shropham

Shropham Hall is an early Georgian country house in Shropham in the county of Norfolk. It was completed by 1729 for John Barker, later High Sheriff of Norfolk. It was later the home of Sir Edward Grogan, 2nd Baronet. The hall is listed Grade II on the National Heritage List for England.

For the purposes of local government, it falls within the district of Breckland.

Swangey Fen, Attleborough is a 48.4-hectare (120-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest south-west of Attleborough in Norfolk. It is part of the Norfolk Valley Fens Special Area of Conservation.Part of this site is spring fed fen with diverse flora, including grass of Parnassus, marsh helleborine and several rare mosses. The fen is surrounded by wet woodland and grassland.Much of this site is private but there is public access to an area formerly managed by the Norfolk Wildlife Trust off Fen Street

Snetterton Circuit is a motor racing course in Norfolk, England, originally opened in 1953. Owned by Jonathan Palmer's MotorSport Vision organisation, it is situated on the A11 road 12-mile (19 km) north-east of the town of Thetford and 19-mile (31 km) south-west of the city of Norwich. The circuit is named after the nearby village of Snetterton to the north-west of the circuit, although much of the circuit lies in the adjoining civil parish of Quidenham. The circuit hosts races from series including the British Touring Car Championship, British Formula Three Championship and British Superbike Championship. From 1980 to 1994, the track hosted the UK's first 24-hour race, the Willhire 24 Hour. From 2003 to 2013 the Citroën 2CV 24 Hour Race was held at Snetterton on the 200 Circuit. After a short stint racing at Anglesey the 2CV 24Hr race has again returned to Snetterton and is usually held around the August bank holiday weekend.

Wayland is an area in the district of Breckland within the English county of Norfolk. It is situated approximately 20 miles west of Norwich. The area is a historic Hundred, and was originally called Wanelunt, or Waneland. It centres on the town of Watton, and encompasses the villages of Ashill, Carbrooke, Caston, Great Cressingham, Great Hockham, Griston, Little Cressingham with Threxton, Merton, Ovington, Saham Toney, Scoulton, Stow Bedon with Breckles, and Thompson. The area is crossed by Peddars Way, a 46-mile footpath that follows the route of a Roman road, and is the location of Wayland Wood, famed as the setting for the Babes in the Wood legend.
