Kudanshita Station (九段下駅, Kudanshita-eki) is a subway station in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, jointly operated by Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway.

Hibiya (日比谷) is a colloquial name for a neighborhood of Chiyoda Ward in Tokyo. The area along Hibiya Street (National Route 1) from Yūrakuchō to Uchisaiwaichō is generally considered Hibiya district. Administratively, it is part of the Yūrakuchō district. There is no actual administrative district in Chiyoda called "Hibiya" but the name is used in some local place names such as Hibiya Park and Hibiya Station (administratively in Yūrakuchō). Hibiya was part of the old Kōjimachi ward in Tokyo City, before it was transformed into a metropolis.

Chiyoda (千代田区, Chiyoda-ku) is a special ward located in central Tokyo, Japan. It is known as Chiyoda City in English.It was formed in 1947 as a merger of Kanda and Kōjimachi wards following Tokyo City's transformation into Tokyo Metropolis. The modern Chiyoda ward exhibits contrasting Shitamachi and Yamanote geographical and cultural division. The Kanda area is in the core of Shitamachi, the original commercial center of Edo-Tokyo. On the other hand, the western part of the Kōjimachi area typically represents a Yamanote district. Chiyoda consists of the Imperial Palace and a surrounding radius of about a kilometer. As of June 2020, the ward has an estimated population of 66,575, and a population density of 5,709 people per km², making it by far the least populated of the special wards. The total area is 11.66 km², of which the Imperial Palace, Hibiya Park, National Museum of Modern Art, and Yasukuni Shrine take up approximately 2.6 km², or 22% of the total area. Chiyoda is an economical powerhouse, the small area East of the palace in the districts of Otemachi, Marunouchi and Yurakucho (colloquially "Daimaruyu") houses the headquarters of 19 Fortune 500 companies, is the source of roughly 10% of the combined revenue of all Japanese companies and produced in 2017 the equivalent of around 1/4th of the GDP of the country. With a day population of around 850,000, its day/night population ratio is by very far the highest of all municipalities in Japan. Chiyoda is also the political center of the country, Chiyoda, literally meaning "field of a thousand generations", inherited the name from the Chiyoda Castle (the other name for Edo Castle, today's Imperial Palace). With the seat of the Emperor in the Imperial Palace at the ward's center, many government institutions, such as the National Diet, the Prime Minister's Official Residence, the Supreme Court, ministries, and agencies are also located in Chiyoda, as are Tokyo landmarks such as Tokyo Station, Yasukuni Shrine and the Budokan. The neighborhood Akihabara is also located in Chiyoda, as are twenty embassies and consulates.

The National Showa Memorial Museum (昭和館, Shōwakan) is a national museum in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, managed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The museum is commonly referred to as the "Showakan" and primarily displays items illustrating the lifestyles of the Japanese people during and after World War II (the Shōwa period in the Japanese calendar, the period of Japanese history corresponding to the reign of Emperor Shōwa (Hirohito) from 25 December 1926 until his death on 7 January 1989). Originally to be named The War Victims Peace Commemoration Prayer Hall, the museum opened on 27 March 1999, partly in response to strong lobbying by the Japan War-Bereaved Families Association, whose headquarters are in the adjacent Kudan Hall. The museum building was designed by Japanese architect Kiyonori Kikutake. The Museum is located next to Kudanshita Station and the northern entrance to Kitanomaru Park.

Jimbocho Station (神保町駅, Jinbōchō-eki) is a subway station located at the Jimbōchō intersection of the Hakusan and Yasukuni streets in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, operated jointly by Tokyo Metro and Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation (Toei).

Kanda-Jinbōchō (神田神保町), commonly known as Jinbōchō or Jimbōchō, is a district of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, known as Tokyo's center of used-book stores and publishing houses, and as a popular antique and curio shopping area. The center of Jinbōchō is at the crossing of Yasukuni-dōri and Hakusan-dōri, above Jimbōchō Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzōmon Line, Toei Mita Line and Toei Shinjuku Line. The prestigious Tokyo Book Binding Club and Literature Preservation Society are located in Jinbōchō, and the area is within walking distance of a number of major universities, including Nihon, Senshu, Meiji, Hosei and Juntendo. Jinbōchō is officially known (in addresses, etc.) as Kanda-Jinbōchō (神田神保町), and is part of the former ward of Kanda.

The Residence of the Philippine Ambassador to Tokyo, informally known as the Kudan (九段), is the official residence of the Philippine ambassador to Japan. It is located in 1-1-1 Fujimi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan. It is called the "crown jewel of Philippine foreign service" and became the first officially designated National Historical Landmark outside Philippine soil. Ambassador Jose Laurel V, the current Philippine ambassador to Japan, currently resides in the building.

Tokyo Dental College Junior College (東京歯科大学短期大学, Tokyo Shika Daigaku Tanki Daigaku) is a private junior college in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. It was founded in 1949 as a vocational school under the management of Tokyo Dental College. It was re-established as a junior college on August 31, 2016.

The Japan Medical Library Association (JMLA) (Nihon Igaku Toshokan Kyōkai (日本医学図書館協会)) is a professional organization for medical libraries in Japan. The primary goal of the association is to provide training for medical librarians and to facilitate interlibrary loans.

Comic Takaoka (Japanese: コミック高岡, Hepburn: Komikku Takaoka) was a manga and comic book store in Jinbōchō, Tokyo, Japan. Opened in 1880 as a general bookstore under the name Takaoka Shoten (Japanese: 高岡書店, Takaoka Bookstore), the store changed its name after it began selling manga exclusively in 1979. Comic Takaoka is noted as one of the first specialty manga bookstores and, prior to its closure in 2019, was one of the longest continually-operating manga bookstores in Japan.

Suidōbashi Station (水道橋駅, Suidōbashi-eki) is a railway station which straddles Tokyo's Chiyoda and Bunkyō wards, operated jointly by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation (Toei).

Nippon Budokan (日本武道館, Nippon Budōkan), often shortened to simply Budokan, is an indoor arena located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. Originally built for the inaugural Olympic judo competition in the 1964 Summer Olympics, its name translates as Martial Arts Hall in English. While its primary purpose is to host martial arts contests, the arena has gained additional fame as one of the world's most iconic musical performance venues. Budokan was a popular venue for Japanese professional wrestling for a time, and it has hosted numerous other sporting events such as the 1967 Women's Volleyball World Championship. Most recently, the arena hosted the Olympic debut of karate in the 2020 Summer Olympics as well as the judo competition at both the 2020 Summer Olympics and the 2020 Summer Paralympics. A number of famous rock music acts have played at Budokan. The Beatles were the first rock group to play there in a series of concerts held between June 30 and July 2, 1966. ABBA ended their last tour there. Their final show on March 27, 1980, was the last live concert ABBA performed together. Numerous acts have recorded live albums at Budokan, including Blur, Bryan Adams, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Cheap Trick, Dream Theater, Duran Duran, Kiss, Europe, Mr. Big, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Journey, Deep Purple and Pink Floyd.
