Nor Zeytun (Armenian: Նոր Զեյթուն, also Zeytun) is a neighbourhood in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It is part of the Kanaker-Zeytun District of the city. To establish the Zeytun district in 1944, the Artsvabuyn Zeytun Reconstruction Committee was formed in Aleppo. After the repatriation of Armenians, in 1948, the members of the Committee received permission and established and constructed the new Zeytun district in Yerevan.

Yerevan Water World (Armenian: Ջրաշխարհ (Jrashkharh)) is a water park situated on Myasnikyan Avenue of Nor Nork district in the Armenian capital of Yerevan. The Water World has an open-air water park occupying an area of 2.5 hectares and an indoor water park of 0.5 hectare.

Nor Nork (Armenian: Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջան, romanized: Nor Nork’ varch’akan shrjan) is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It is located at the eastern part of the city. It is bordered by the districts of Nork-Marash, Kentron and Kanaker-Zeytun from the west, Avan from the north and Erebuni from the south. Kotayk Province forms the eastern border of the district.The district is unofficially divided into smaller neighborhoods including the 9 blocks of Nor Nork and the Bagrevand neighborhood. As of the 2011 census, the population of the district is 126,065.

The Vazgen Sargsyan Military University (Armenian: Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարան) is a higher educational institution functioning in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia. Its mission is to prepare and train officers capable of implementing defense tasks in peace and war. It is roughly the equivalent to the United States Military Academy at West Point.

The Yerevan Botanical Garden (Armenian: Երևանի բուսաբանական այգի, romanized: Yerevani busabanakan aygi) of the Armenian National Academy of Sciences, is the body responsible for plant collections in Armenia. It is located in the Avan district at the north-eastern part of the capital Yerevan, occupying around 80 hectares of a semi-deserted area. The collection includes more than 200 species of endemic, rare and declining plants, and provides a basis, in a relatively natural environment, for the study of the Armenian flora and the ecological interactions between plant species.

The Nork-Marash Medical Center is a teaching hospital and biomedical research facility in Yerevan, Armenia, focused on cardiac care. It is led by Dr. Hrayr (Hagop) Hovagimian, a Syrian-Armenian cardiothoracic surgeon from the University of Aleppo and St. Vincent's Hospital, Portland.

Poqr Tagh (Armenian: Փոքր Թաղ) or Old Town, is a historical neighbourhood in the Armenian city Meghri located on a hill in its western side and overlooking the Mets Tagh. The name of the neighbourhood is translated from Armenian as "Small neighbourhood".

Nork (Armenian: Նորք), sometimes called as Hin Nork (Old Nork), is a neighbourhood in the Armenian capital Yerevan. It is located in the Nork-Marash District.

Izmirlian Medical Center (Armenian: Իզմիրլյան բժշկական կենտրոն), is a medical center and a research foundation located in the Armenian capital Yerevan. Opened in 1986, it is located in the Kanaker-Zeytun district and currently operates under the supervision of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. The Surb Nerses Mets Research and Education Center (Armenian: Սուրբ Ներսես Մեծ գիտաբժշկական կենտրոն), operates within the medical center.

Saint Sarkis Church (Armenian: Սուրբ Սարգիս Եկեղեցի, Surp Sarkis Yekeghetsi) or Saint Sarkis Church is an Armenian Apostolic Church in the Nor Nork district of Yerevan, Armenia. The construction of the church began in 1998 and was sponsored by Sarkis Gabrellian, an Armenian benefactor from New York City. The church was built according to the design of the architect Baghdasar Arzoumanian. The painting of the Mother-of-God with the Christ child for the altar is by the painter Grigor Khanjyan. The newly erected St. Sarkis Church, with its architectural value, brings respect and honour to the authors of the project, to the builder-masters and to the Mother Church. Its circular form, polygonal and three-storeyed structure has been executed according to the traditional Armenian architectural style. The height of the main dome is 23 metre. The prayer-hall is polygonal and bright, with a general area of 328 square metre. The chief altar is seen clearly from every corner. The pillars of the prayer-hall have the symbolic high reliefs of the 12 apostles. Niches are designed for candle-lighting. Special fans are placed above them to protect the walls of the church from smoke. The St. Sarkis is the first church in Armenia which is heated by the heating system under the marble floor.

French University in Armenia (French: Université Française en Arménie, UFAR, Armenian: Հայաստանում ֆրանսիական համալսարան) is a French language higher education institution in Armenia. The university is located on Davit Anhaght street at the Kanakerr-Zeytun district of Yerevan.
