The locale is a Census county division (CCD) class of an unincorporated community. It has an 83,973 population, according to the US Census Bureau's 2022 American Community Survey. With the locale having 43.9 square miles; the population density is 1,914.9 people per square mile. That population is an increase over the figure in the 2020 United States census: 83,863.

Lambert High School is a public high school in Suwanee, in Forsyth County, Georgia, United States. It is the one of eight high schools in the Forsyth County School District. The school has an annual enrollment of about 3,000 students. Most students who attend Lambert reside in southern Forsyth County, an affluent area located between Johns Creek, Suwanee, and Cumming. Lambert was built to alleviate over-crowding at South Forsyth High School, which is located 3.8 miles away on Peachtree Parkway.

The school has been given an "A" rating and Platinum status by the Governor's Office of Student Achievement for more than five years. Ocee was a small community in Milton County, now located in Johns Creek in Fulton County, Georgia. It was centered at 34°03′52″N 84°12′46″W. It was originally called New York, then Mazeppa. The Ocee name, which was taken from the name of a Cherokee community in the area, is still in use today for a school, a park, a library and a church, among others. Ocee is now a part of the new city of Johns Creek, named after Johns Creek which flows just east of it. That city is a part of the municipalization of northern Fulton.

Northview High School is a public high school in Johns Creek, Georgia serving grades 9–12. The school is a part of the Fulton County School System. Its students primarily reside inside the city of Johns Creek, though the school also serves part of Alpharetta. All students from River Trail Middle School feed into Northview. Halcyon is a mixed-use development in southern Forsyth County, Georgia, in the Atlanta metropolitan area. It has an Alpharetta postal address, despite not being located within the Alpharetta city limits or even in the same county.
