Holly Grove (also Conrad Hill, McKee) is an unincorporated community in Davidson County, North Carolina, United States.

Hedrick's Grove Reformed United Church of Christ is a historic Reformed church located near Lexington, Davidson County, North Carolina. It was established in 1891. The current sanctuary was built in 1921–1922, and is a large Romanesque Revival style brick structure. It features a pair of corner towers of uneven height joined by a central arcaded loggia. Also on the property is a contributing church cemetery with approximately 375 graves.The sanctuary was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.Located directly behind the sanctuary is the Educational Building, which holds Sunday School classrooms, offices, and a Fellowship Hall.

Beck's Reformed Church Cemetery (also known as Becks United Church of Christ Cemetery) is a historic church cemetery located in Lexington, Davidson County, North Carolina. It contains approximately 100 burials, with the earliest gravestone dated to 1771. It is associated with the Beck's Lutheran and Reformed Church, founded in 1787. It features a unique collection of folk gravestones by local stonecutters erected in Davidson County in the late-18th and first half of the 19th centuries.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Lexington Memorial Hospital is a historic hospital building located at Lexington, Davidson County, North Carolina. It was designed by architect Charles C. Hartmann in a mix of Art Deco and Art Moderne styles. It was built in 1946, and is a large masonry T-shaped building sheathed in yellow brick, three and four stories tall and 17 bays wide. It has a one-story addition on the east end and a 1958 one-story addition off the rear wing.Lexington's first hospital, 30-bed Davidson Hospital, was built in 1924 on North Main Street in the location that later became Char's Restaurant. Significant growth over the next 20 years led to the decision to buy 11 acres on Lexington's east side for a new hospital on Weaver Drive. $400,000 was raised and the new 60-bed Lexington Memorial Hospital opened December 24, 1946. Additions included a nurses' residence in 1949. By 1958, the hospital had 98 beds and 20 bassinets. Further additions were made in 1966, 1971 and 1972, but by 1977, the building could no longer be expanded in the Weaver Drive location. Groundbreaking was held for a third location on the 75-acre Alma Grubb Estate next to Business 85 south of downtown. With the opening of a 94-bed 119,000-square-foot facility in September 1979, the Weaver Drive building was sold to provide housing for the elderly. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

Lexington station is a seasonal Amtrak station serving a former freight house in Lexington, North Carolina. It is served by Amtrak's Carolinian and Piedmont and is only open during the Lexington Barbecue Festival in October.As part of the Depot District Redevelopment, a permanent station was planned to begin construction in 2023 with a 2026 completion, which would allow daily passenger service.

It was designed by architect Herbert B. Hunter and built in 1927–1928. It is a steel frame building sheathed in tapestry brick, with a Late Gothic Revival style interior. It features a pair of corner towers of uneven height, pointed-arched portal, and a stone and stained glass rose window.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

The district encompasses 52 contributing buildings, 3 contributing sites, and 1 contributing object in the central business district of Lexington. It includes commercial and governmental buildings built between 1824 and 1946. Located in the district is the separately listed Old Davidson County Courthouse. Other notable buildings include the former United States Post Office (1911-1912), Raper Building (c. 1907), Moffitt Building (1920s), Smith-Thompson Block (1900), the Development Building (c. 1905), the Buchanan-Siceloff Building (1923-1929), the Hinkle Block (1902-1907), the Hankins Building (1902), Hedrick's Hall (1902), and the Earnhardt Building (1923-1929).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

The Old Davidson County Courthouse is a historic courthouse building located at Lexington, Davidson County, North Carolina. It was built in 1858, and is a two-story, gable front stuccoed stone temple-form building. It features a prostyle hexastyle portico, with fluted Roman Corinthian order columns. Above the portico is an octagonal clock tower. It was remodeled in 1918. Most county offices moved to a new courthouse built in 1959.The building houses the Davidson County Historical Museum and was rededicated in 2014.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971. It is located in the Uptown Lexington Historic District.

Grimes Brothers Mill, also known as Lexington Roller Mill and Excelsior Mill, is a historic flour mill located at Lexington, Davidson County, North Carolina. It was built about 1885, and is a four-story brick building with a basement. It measures approximately 34 feet by 40 feet and has a shallow-pitched shed roof. The mill remained in operation until about 1960, and the building was converted to bank use in the early 1960s.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

Grimes School is a historic school building located at Lexington, Davidson County, North Carolina. It was built in 1935–1936, and is a two-story, T-shaped, Colonial Revival style brick building. It features large windows, an entrance portico with Ionic order fluted columns, and a large octagonal cupola. Some funding for school construction was provided by the Public Works Administration.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Erlanger Mill Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Lexington, Davidson County, North Carolina, USA. The district encompasses 282 contributing buildings and 7 contributing structures in a predominantly residential section of Lexington. The mill village dwellings were built between about 1916 and 1929 and include notable examples of Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. The dwellings were constructed by the Erlanger Mill Company as worker's housing and in a subdivision designed by noted landscape architect Earle Sumner Draper (1893–1994). The mill itself is a complex of one- and two-story mill buildings constructed from 1913 through the 1960s. Also located in the district are the Erlanger Baptist Church (1936) and Erlanger Graded School (c. 1920). It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
