Sendagi Station

Yanesen (谷根千) is a district in Tokyo, which has many historical structures, in the style of Edo-period Tokyo. It is known for its traditional style and antiquated temple district-style.The three neighbourhoods, Yanaka(谷中), Nezu(根津) and Sendagi(千駄木) are collectively called Yanesen: Ya-Ne-Sen.

Yanaka (谷中) is a sector of Taito, Tokyo, Japan and, along with nearby Nezu and Sendagi neighborhoods in Bunkyo ward, is one of the few Tokyo neighborhoods in which the old Shitamachi atmosphere can still be felt. Located north of Ueno, Yanaka includes the large Yanaka Cemetery, which takes up most of Yanaka 7-chome. The Daimyo Clock Museum is also in Yanaka. There are around 70 privately owned small stores in Yanaka

Zenshō-an (全生庵) is a Buddhist Rinzai Zen temple, located in Taitō, Tokyo, Japan.It has a large collection of Japanese yūrei paintings, which are normally exhibited in August, the traditional month of spirits and ghosts. These paintings were most probably kept by families during the Edo period also to ward off evil. The temple has long been popular with influential Japanese figures, including Prime Ministers Shinzo Abe and Nakasone Yasuhiro.A large exhibition was shown the summer of 2015 in cooperation with the Tokyo University of the Arts.

The Daimyo Clock Museum (大名時計博物館) is a small community-run museum in Yanaka 2-chōme, Tokyo. The museum was established in 1972 to display Japanese clocks from the Edo period collected by Sakujiro (known as "Guro") Kamiguchi (1892–1970).

The American Guitar Academy was founded in The United States in 1991. It opened its first international location in Tokyo, Japan in 2011. It claimed to be the only guitar school in Japan offering classes in multiple languages including Japanese, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and German. American Guitar Academy teaches all styles of acoustic and electric guitar from Jazz, Rock, Blues, Pop, Funk, Classical, Flamenco, Tango, Folk and R&B and more.

Nezu Shrine (根津神社, Nezu-jinja) is a Shinto shrine located in the Bunkyō ward of Tokyo, Japan. Established in 1705, it is one of the oldest places of worship in the city, and several of the buildings on the shrine grounds have been designated as Important Cultural Property. It was built in the Ishi-no-ma-zukuri style of Shinto architecture, following the Tōshō-gū shrine in Nikkō. It is famous for its Azalea Festival (Tsutsuji Matsuri) which is held on its grounds from early April until early May, and it has been described as "Tokyo’s most beautiful shrine" and as one of the city's "most spectacular spring scenes".It is one of the Tokyo Ten Shrines (東京十社, Tokyo Jissha).

Nippon Medical School (日本医科大学, Nihon ika daigaku) is a private university in Sendagi (千駄木), Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, Japan.

Yayoi (弥生) is a neighborhood in Bunkyo, Tokyo. In 1884, when it was part of Tokyo City, it was the location of a shell mound where a new type of pottery was discovered by Dr. Shogoro Tsuboi and his colleagues. The pottery became known as Yayoi, and eventually a period of Japanese prehistory was named after the neighborhood where the type site was excavated. Yanaka Cemetery (谷中霊園, Yanaka Reien) is a large cemetery located north of Ueno in Yanaka 7-chome, Taito, Tokyo, Japan. The Yanaka sector of Taito is one of the few Tokyo neighborhoods in which the old Shitamachi atmosphere can still be felt. The cemetery is famous for its beautiful cherry blossoms that in April completely cover its paths, and for that reason that its central street is often called Cherry-blossom Avenue.

The Kaisei Academy (開成学園) is a preparatory private secondary school for boys located in the Arakawa ward of Tokyo, Japan. It was founded in 1871. The Kaisei Academy has since educated notable figures across many different fields and is considered one of the most prestigious schools in the country. As of 2021, the school has had the most number of entrants to the University of Tokyo, which is regarded as the best university in Japan.

The Hachioji Academy (八王子学園) is a preparatory private secondary school located in Hachioji, Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. Also known as Hachioji Gakuen Hachioji Junior and Senior Highschool.

Earthquake Research Institute, University of Tokyo (ERI; 東京大学地震研究所 Tokyo Daigaku Jishin Kenkyu-jo) is an institute in affiliation with University of Tokyo. It was founded in 1925. Many fellows research on various topics about Seismology and volcanology. The Institute is represented on the national Coordinating Committee for Earthquake Prediction.
