Wudaokou

Dongsheng Area (Chinese: 东升地区; pinyin: Dōngshēng Dìqū) is an area and a town on the eastern side of Haidian District, Beijing, China. Its population was 58,151 as of 2020. The name Dongsheng literally translates to "rising from the east“.

The Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Sciences (IIIS, Chinese: 清华大学交叉信息研究院) is a research institute at Tsinghua University in Beijing, which conducts interdisciplinary research in computer science and quantum physics.

Wudaokou station (Chinese: 五道口站; pinyin: Wǔdàokǒu zhàn) is a station on Line 13 of the Beijing Subway. As its name suggests, it is situated in the Wudaokou area of Haidian District.

Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU; Chinese: 北京语言大学; pinyin: Běijīng Yǔyán Dàxué) is a public university of linguistics in Beijing, China. The School of Public Policy and Management (SPPM) at Tsinghua University is a public policy and public administration school located in Beijing, China. SPPM is headquartered in the Wu Shunde Building on Zhongguancun East Road on the university mall between the Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management to its north and the Journalism and Communication to its south. The school offers Master and Doctoral educational programmes.

Tsinghua University (清华大学) is a public university in Haidian, Beijing, China. It is affiliated with and funded by the Ministry of Education of China. Tsinghua University's campus is situated in northwest Beijing, on the site of the former imperial gardens of the Qing dynasty. Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence (BAAI) (Chinese: 北京智源人工智能研究院; pinyin: Běijīng Zhìyuán réngōng zhìnéng yánjiùyuàn), also known as Zhiyuan Institute, is a Chinese non-profit artificial intelligence (AI) research laboratory. BAAI conducts AI research and is dedicated to promoting collaboration among academia and industry, as well as fostering top talent and a focus on long-term research on the fundamentals of AI technology. As a collaborative hub, BAAI's founding members include leading AI companies, universities, and research institutes. BAAI is one of pre-eminent AI research institutes in China. To help it reach its goals, BAAI frequently releases new models and open source code. Moreover, BAAI organizes an annual international conference bringing together AI experts, industry leaders, and international talent to discuss challenges and future of AI.

Tsinghua Garden (traditional Chinese: 清華園; simplified Chinese: 清华园; pinyin: Qīnghuá Yuán) is an extensive garden in Haidian District, Beijing, China. Constructed during the reign of the Kangxi Emperor (r. 1661–1722) in the Qing dynasty, it was originally named "Xichun Garden" (熙春园; 熙春園; Xīchūn Yuán). Later, it was divided into two gardens: Chunze Garden (春泽园; 春澤園; Chūnzé Yuán) and Hande Garden (涵德园; 涵德園; Hándé Yuán). Chunze Garden and Hande Garden were later respectively renamed to "Jinchun Garden" (近春园; 近春園; Jìnchūn Yuán) and "Xichun Garden" (its former name). In 1852, during the reign of the Xianfeng Emperor, the garden was renamed again to "Qinghua Garden" (or "Tsinghua Garden"). In the present-day, "Tsinghua Garden" generally refers to the locations of the Tsinghua University, such as Tsinghua Garden, Jinchun Garden, and other Qing dynasty gardens in the university.

Tsinghua University Library System (Chinese: 清华大学图书馆) consist of the Main Library and six branch libraries: Humanities & Social Sciences Library, Economics & Management Library, Law Library, Architecture Library, Fine Arts Library, and Finance Library. The Main Library, with a total construction area of 42,820 square meters, consists of the Old Library, West Library (Yifu Library) and North Library (Mochtar Riady Library). The West and North Libraries are integrated harmoniously in style with the Old Library.

Peking Univ. East Gate station (simplified Chinese: 北京大学东门站; traditional Chinese: 北京大學東門站; pinyin: Běijīng Dàxué Dōngmén zhàn) is a station on Line 4 of the Beijing Subway. The station is located just outside the east gate of Peking University.
