Qinghuayuan railway station (simplified Chinese: 清华园站; traditional Chinese: 清華園站; pinyin: Qīnghuáyuán Zhàn) was a railway station in Beijing.

Tsinghua Garden (traditional Chinese: 清華園; simplified Chinese: 清华园; pinyin: Qīnghuá Yuán) is an extensive garden in Haidian District, Beijing, China. Constructed during the reign of the Kangxi Emperor (r. 1661–1722) in the Qing dynasty, it was originally named "Xichun Garden" (熙春园; 熙春園; Xīchūn Yuán). Later, it was divided into two gardens: Chunze Garden (春泽园; 春澤園; Chūnzé Yuán) and Hande Garden (涵德园; 涵德園; Hándé Yuán). Chunze Garden and Hande Garden were later respectively renamed to "Jinchun Garden" (近春园; 近春園; Jìnchūn Yuán) and "Xichun Garden" (its former name). In 1852, during the reign of the Xianfeng Emperor, the garden was renamed again to "Qinghua Garden" (or "Tsinghua Garden"). In the present-day, "Tsinghua Garden" generally refers to the locations of the Tsinghua University, such as Tsinghua Garden, Jinchun Garden, and other Qing dynasty gardens in the university.

The China University of Geosciences (Beijing) is a public university located in Beijing, China. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education, and co-funded by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Natural Resources. The university is part of the Double First-Class Construction and Project 211.In administrative and legal terms, the China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and the China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) are considered separate entities, although these two universities shared common history until 2005. CUG Beijing and CUG Wuhan have different constitutions, presidents, and governing boards, as well as separate legal entity registration, admission procedures, financial systems, Internet domains, and logos.

Beihang University (北京航空航天大学; previously Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics; BUAA) is a public university in Beijing, China. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The university is part of Project 211, Project 985, and the Double First-Class Construction.The school was founded as Beijing Aeronautics College (北京航空学院) in 1952 by the merger of the aviation departments of eight elite universities at that time, including Peiyang University, Tsinghua University, Xiamen University, Sichuan University, and Chongqing University. In April 1988, the school was renamed Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. BUAA is considered as one of the Seven Sons of National Defence.

Beihang University Gymnasium (simplified Chinese: 北京航空航天大学体育馆; traditional Chinese: 北京航空航天大學體育館; pinyin: Běijīng Hángkōng Hángtiān Dàxué Tǐyùguǎn, sometime listed as the Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics Gymnasium) is a 5,400-seat indoor arena located on the campus of Beihang University in Beijing, China. It hosted weightlifting competitions at the 2008 Summer Olympics and powerlifting competitions at the 2008 Summer Paralympics.

The Big Bell Temple, or Da Zhong Temple (simplified Chinese: 大钟寺; traditional Chinese: 大鐘寺; pinyin: Dàzhōng Sì), originally known as Jue Sheng Temple (simplified Chinese: 觉生寺; traditional Chinese: 覺生寺; pinyin: Juéshēng Sì), is a Buddhist temple located on North 3rd Road in Beijing, China. The Big Bell Temple was built in 1733 during the reign of the Yongzheng Emperor of the Qing dynasty (1644-1911). The temple's name came after the famous "Yongle" Big Bell that is housed inside the temple, which was cast during the reign of the Yongle Emperor (1403-1424) of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). According to a test by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Yongle Big Bell's sound could reaches up to 120 decibels and can be heard 50 kilometers away from the temple in the depth of night. Many music experts, including some from the Chinese Acoustics Institute have found its tone pure, deep and melodious with a sprightly rhythm. Its frequency ranges from 22 to 800 hertz. According to about.com: The Yongle Big Bell weighs about 46 tons, with a height of 5.5 meters and a diameter of 3.3 meters. The bell is famous not only because of its size, but probably more importantly because of the over 230,000 characters of Buddhist scriptures engraved on it. The temple has housed a bell museum (Guzhong bowuguan; engl. Ancient Bell Museum) since 1985, featuring hundreds of bronze bells from temples throughout China.

Wudaokou (Chinese: 五道口), whose name is a literal reference to the fifth level crossing of the Jingbao Railway, is a neighborhood in the Haidian District of North West Beijing, famous for its close distances to universities including Tsinghua University and Peking University. It is around 10 km (6.2 mi) from the center of Beijing, between the Fourth and Fifth ring roads, and has good public transport links including a station on Line 13 of the Beijing Subway. It became a commercial center in Haidian during the 1950s following the establishment of several universities. The high price of real estate in this area has led to it being dubbed the "Center of the Universe (宇宙中心)."Until as recently as 2001 the area consisted mainly of Hutong neighborhoods and late 1960s apartment blocks, but major development has erased many of these old structures, replacing them with luxury apartments and technology parks. Some may also refer to Wudaokou as Koreatown, for the large number of Koreans in the area.

The Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (short CAAS, Chinese: 中国农业科学院) is the Chinese national, agricultural scientific research organization. It was established in 1957 in Beijing and oversees 45 institutes. Thirty-six are direct affiliates, nine institutes are co-hosted together with local governments or universities. It has more than 5,000 professional employees.The Academy building contains offices of several Chinese policy institutions such as the China Association for the Promotion of International Agricultural Cooperation (CAPIAC, 中国农业国际合作促进会) established in 1998. One of CAPIAC's branches is the International Cooperation Committee for Animal Welfare (ICCAW), established in 2011. In 2017, ICCAW hosted a farm animal welfare conference together with UN Food and Agriculture Organization, RSPCA, Compassion in World Farming, the U.S. Meat Export Federation and the U.S. National Pork Board.

Wudaokou station (Chinese: 五道口站; pinyin: Wǔdàokǒu zhàn) is a station on Line 13 of the Beijing Subway. As its name suggests, it is situated in the Wudaokou area of Haidian District.
