Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel is a luxury 5-star hotel in London, England. It is located at 46 Westferry Circus in Canary Wharf. The hotel has 142 rooms and suites containing large bay windows overlooking the River Thames. Its Ancient Egyptian inspired design by Renton, Howard, Wood & Levin, based on earlier work by Philippe Starck, features a curved patinated copper roof. This bold architecture was seen as a departure from the previous conservatism of the Four Seasons group, who built it as Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf.It is owned by the Monaco-based billionaire property developer John Christodoulou.The mixed-use site has been the subject of much litigation and controversies between the landlord and leaseholders. In 2016, the residential leaseholders won the right to have a court appointed manager installed due to a lack of financial transparency, extortionate service charges and a failure to maintain the estate by landlord Yianis Group. Over 100 of the residents were threatened with defamation for appealing to judges for the removal of the landlord with a section 24 manager. However, Christodoulou began to "chip away at the manager’s powers, costing leaseholders £1m in legal fees in 22 proceedings", eventually forcing the first court appointee to quit on health grounds.

Westferry Circus is a road interchange and public space within the Westferry Complex and is part of the Canary Wharf commercial estate positioned between Limehouse and Millwall in London, and contains a two-level road interchange. There are two roundabouts, one above the other. It was designed by Laurie Olin. In this context, a circus, from the Latin word meaning "circle", is a round open space at a street junction.Notable buildings on the street include 11 Westferry Circus and 15 Westferry Circus. Tower Hamlets Council pays for the lighting in the lower roundabout, which is on all the time. This costs £34,800 per annum.

Riverside South is a proposed skyscraper development in Canary Wharf, London. Some below ground-level work was completed by 2014 on behalf of investment bank J.P. Morgan & Co., which bought a 999-year lease on the site with the intention of making the building its London office, but the firm has now moved into an existing Canary Wharf building. Future plans for Riverside South have not been publicised.

The Rotherhithe crossing is a proposed route for pedestrians and cyclists across the River Thames in London, England between Rotherhithe and Canary Wharf. A bridge was first proposed at this location by Sustrans in 2008. The construction contract was awarded to Atkins in 2018 and a vertical lift bridge design was selected in 2019. The project was paused in June of that year for budgetary reasons, Transport for London describing the construction of an opening bridge at the site as "complex" and unaffordable at that time. In July 2019 TFL made the decision to no longer progress a walking and cycling bridge between Rotherhithe and Canary Wharf due to costs and affordability, TfL has been carrying out further work to develop a more affordable proposal for a ferry crossing.

15 Westferry Circus is a 16,250 m2 (174,900 sq ft) building located on the upper level of Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf. Construction began in November 1998. Its finish marked the completion of the Westferry Complex, the westernmost point of Canary Wharf. The building was designed to fully incorporate the requirements of the tenant, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, who also occupied the adjoining building. Their lease began in March 2000, the same month Citigroup leased 25 Canada Square. Morgan Stanley Dean Witter sublet the building to Tube Lines. They share the building leading to the video wall, built for use in stock trading but used as a Recovery Silver Control for the London Underground in the aftermath of the 7 July 2005 London bombings. In 2013 Morgan Stanley vacated the building and it was taken over by London Underground, who had taken over Tube Lines. London Underground vacated the building in 2017. 15 Westferry Circus serves as the fifteen mile (24 km) marker in the London Marathon.The ownership of this building was the subject of a protracted legal dispute in Ireland in 2012.As of 2018, Morgan Stanley is once again occupying two floors of the building, with another floor sublet to a tenant.

Cascades Tower is a 20-storey residential building and a distinctive local landmark on the Isle of Dogs in East London. It was designed by Rex Wilkinson, a partner in the celebrated architectural firm CZWG, and built in 1987–88.The building has a concrete frame with details inspired by riverside industry and nautical themes. It has 168 residential units.Overlooking River Thames, Cascades Tower is on 4 Westferry Road, Canary Wharf, E14 8JL. It stands on land just south of the old western entrance to South Dock of the original West India Docks.The total height of the building structure is 194 feet (59 m). Cascade Tower was the first private high-rise housing development undertaken by The London Docklands Development Corporation (LDDC) to regenerate the depressed east London Docklands area. It was completed at a time “when high rise was still a discredited building form for residential purposes, and two or three storeys was the norm”. The building is an exemplary architecture project of British Post-Modernism style.Cascades was the Winner of Architectural Brickwork Award in 1989, and Grade II listed building in 2018.

Nelson Dock Pier is the official name of a pier on the south bank of the River Thames in Rotherhithe, London, UK. It lies to the south of Columbia Wharf.

The Canary Wharf – Rotherhithe Ferry is a passenger ferry across the River Thames in the south east of London, England. The service connects Canary Wharf Pier, serving the major Canary Wharf office development north of the river, with Nelson Dock Pier at the Doubletree Docklands Hotel in Rotherhithe. Boats operate roughly every 10 minutes at peak time, or every 20 minutes off-peak time. There are service breaks between 11:03–12:05 and 20:13–21:05. Boats can be used both by guests of the hotel as well as by passengers not staying at the hotel.The service is operated by Thames Clippers, who also operate commuter boats along the river, but uses rather smaller boats.In March 2020 the service was suspended due to the Covid-related closure of the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Rotherhithe. The service re-opened in September 2020.

Reader's Digest owned and occupied the building until 1999, when the company sold the building and leased space in it from the new owner. The building was designed by a consortium of architectural firms.

Dundee Wharf is a residential development in Limehouse in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in London. The modern buildings occupy the site of a former shipyard known as Limekiln Dockyard. John Graves established this shipyard in 1633 and then expanded his holdings with Dundee Wharf itself. By 1650 George Margetts developed a ropemaking yard including a ropehouse, storehouse and a ropewalk on the site. A modern wharf with electric cranes was constructed in the 1930s. This was used by the Dundee, Perth & London Shipping Company to operate a twice-weekly service between Perth, Dundee, Leith and London. The wharf was destroyed during the blitz and reconstructed in the 1950s, going out of use in 1969. After demolition for construction of the Limehouse Link the current residential development by architects CZWG was built.Dundee Wharf has a prominent position on the River Thames. It was built in 1997 by Ballymore Properties to designs by the architect Piers Gough, a partner at Campbell Zogolvich Wiltinson and Gough (CZWG). Gough additionally designed the bridge over Limekiln Dock. The name Limehouse comes from the lime oasts in Limekiln Dock in the 14th century and used to produce quick lime for building mortar. Pottery manufacture followed. In 1660 Samuel Pepys visited a porcelain factory in Duke's Shore. Limekiln Wharf was established in 1740 as England's first soft past porcelain factory. Industry moved into building barges and thrived well into the 19th century. Dundee Wharf is on the embankment known as the Dunbars. Dundee, Aberdeen, Caledonia and Dunbar Wharves were owned by Dundee Perth and London Shipping Company. Their office building stands today adjacent to the entrance to Dundee Wharf. In 1835 their passenger paddle steamers SS London and SS Perth carried passengers on a twice-weekly service to Dundee, Scotland. A first class cabin cost 42 shillings and sixpence. More or less opposite the main entrance were banana warehouses, to the right River Plate Wharf. The river ferry from Limehouse Pier left from Limehouse Stairs. Prior to its demolition Dundee Wharf was a "massive fortress like warehouse" trading in general goods. The air was scented by the juniper berries used for the manufacture of London gin and stored at St Dunstan's Wharf on the opposite side of Limekiln. The Lockett Wilson was the last vessel that regularly used Dundee Wharf; it plied its trade between Dundee Wharf and up the Seine to Paris. The first voluntary emigrants to Australia left from the Dunbars - the involuntary emigrants from Wapping Old Stairs.

The Newfoundland is a 220-metre (720 ft) residential skyscraper, located between Westferry Road and Bank Street on the Isle of Dogs, London.South Quay Properties, Ltd., a subsidiary of Canary Wharf Group, submitted a planning application to Tower Hamlets in June 2013 for the erection of a 58-storey and linked 2-storey building for residential use, along with some retail uses and car parking at a location bounded by Park Place, Westferry Road and Heron Quay Road.Newfoundland was designed by architects Horden Cherry Lee and structural engineers WSP Global. The building was opened for rent in May 2021.

West India Pier (formerly West India Dock Pier) is a pier on the River Thames in the Isle of Dogs area of London. It can be found beside the Anchorage Point and Millennium Harbour housing developments at the end of Cuba Street.
