Kyrksjön (Swedish: Church Lake) is a small lake in Bromma, a western suburb in Stockholm, Sweden. Named after its vicinity to the old Bromma Church, the lake was made part of the nature reserve Kyrksjölöten in 1997. Three other lakes are located near Kyrksjön: Judarn, Lillsjön, and Råcksta Träsk.

Bromma kyrka is a round church in the borough Bromma in Stockholm, Sweden. The oldest parts of the church were built in the later 12th century as a fortress church, and the church is among Stockholm's oldest buildings. Today it has seven parts: roundhouse, nave, choir, sacristy, grave choir, weaponhouse and crypt.

Bromma socken is a former socken of Sollentuna Hundred in Uppland, Sweden. It became part of City of Stockholm in 1916, and has been part of the municipalities of Stockholm and Sundbyberg since 1971. The socken was about 25.05 square kilometres (9.67 sq mi) in area. In 1903, the population was 2,220, before Sundbybergs köping (pop. 3,031) was included. Ulvsunda Castle, Åkeshov Castle, the Johannelund estate, and Bromma Church were located in the former socken.

Beckomberga Hospital (Swedish: Beckomberga sjukhus) was a Swedish psychiatric hospital, situated in Bromma west of Stockholm. Opened in 1932, Beckomberga was in its mid-20th century heyday one of the largest psychiatric hospitals in Europe, housing some 2,000 mentally ill patients. The hospital was closed in 1995.

Ängbyplan metro station, formerly known as Färjestadsvägen metro station, is a station on the Green line of the Stockholm metro. It is located in the district of Södra Ängby, which is part of the borough of Bromma in the west of the city of Stockholm. The station is above ground and has a single island platform, with access from the underpass taking Färjestadsvägen under the line. The distance to Slussen is 12.4 km (7.705 miles).The station lies on the route of a line known as the Ängbybanan that formerly linked Alvik and Islandstorget. The Ängbybanan was designed and built for use by the future metro, but was operated from 1944 as part of line 11 of the Stockholm tramway. Ängbyplan station was inaugurated as part of the metro on 26 October 1952 with the conversion of the Ängbybanan and its extension to form the metro line between Hötorget and Vällingby. It was called Färjestadsvägen until 1961.The metro station was decorated with tile in 1994 by Åsa Lindström.

Flysta is a part of the congregation Spånga in the westernmost parts of the Stockholm municipality, located just over 10 km from the centre of Stockholm. It is a part of the Spånga-Tensta borough. Despite its location in a predominantly residential suburban area, this community has much of what smaller villages used to have, e.g. a bakery, grocery shops, carpenters, hairdressers located along the main road - Spångavägen. This is a testimony to the fact that it used to be its own village, and a summer residence area at the beginning of the 1900s.

Judarskogen nature reserve is a municipal nature reserve and a Natura 2000 area in Bromma, western Stockholm, Sweden. It is located in Bromma parish in Stockholm municipality in Uppland. The area of Judarskogen was set in the early 20th century as a nature park. Judarskogen became an outdoor reserve in 1932 and since 1995 it has been a nature reserve. The reserve is named after the lake Judarn, which is located in the middle of the area.

Agneta Wrede's vestibule is a room in the upper floor of Åkeshov Palacee in Bromma, outside Stockholm, Sweden. The room is named after Baroness Agneta Wrede af Elimä (1718–1800), and who lived in the palace during 1747–1800.

Åkeshov Palace is located in Bromma, a borough of Stockholm, Sweden. Historically, Åkeshov was situated in Bromma socken, which was incorporated with the City of Stockholm in 1916. After having undergone a careful reconstruction, the palace is used today as a hotel and conference facility.
