Equal Rights Washington (ERW) is Washington’s largest statewide LGBT advocacy and community outreach organization. ERW's mission is to ensure and promote dignity, safety, and equality for all lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Washingtonians. Equal Rights Washington consists of three organizations: Equal Rights Washington, a 501(c)(4) organization which focuses on political advocacy, ERW Education + Engagement, a 501(c)(3) organization which focuses on public education with regard to LGBTQ issues in Washington, and ERW Political Action, a registered political action committee which exists to provide support to equality-minded candidates for elected office in Washington state. Each of these subsidiary organizations are headed by independent boards of directors, in accordance and compliance with state and federal law.

La Josie's is a Mexican restaurant in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. Established in 2020, La Josie's is a sibling to the restaurant Fogón Cocina Mexicana. The family- and Latino-owned business is LGBT-friendly, according to Seattle Gay News.

Gay City: Seattle's LGBTQ Center, formerly known as Gay City Health Project, is a 501(c)3 multicultural LGBTQ nonprofit organization based in Seattle, Washington.Gay City formed in 1995 during the HIV/AIDS epidemic. In the mid-2000s, Gay City introduced a Wellness Center that provided HIV testing and STI screening (syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and Hepatitis C). The health services expanded in 2019 to five locations. In 2007, Gay City served as a research partner for the Seattle branch of the HIV Vaccine Trials Network.The LGBTQ library was formerly held by the Seattle LGBT Community Center until it closed in 2009 and moved to Gay City.

Half and Half Doughnut Co. is a doughnut shop on Seattle's Capitol Hill, in the U.S. state of Washington. Top Pot Doughnuts co-founder Michael Klebeck and business partner Christine Cannon opened the shop on Pike Street in 2019. Half and Half has garnered a positive reception, especially for its pineapple fritter.

Seattle Eagle, or The Eagle, is a gay bar in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington. The bar is owned by Keith Christensen, as of 2010, and caters to the leather subculture.

First Hill Park is a public park in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood, in the United States. The park opened in 1987 and underwent a renovation in 2021.

The Colman Automotive Building is a building located at 401 E. Pine Street in Seattle, Washington. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.It was designed by Seattle architects Webster & Ford and built during 1915-16 and is about 107 by 92 feet (33 m × 28 m) in plan.It was used as a car dealership and also for car repair. In 1917 it included a dealership for Stanley Steamer cars and one for United Motors (distributors for Reo, Dart, Cole and Roamer Motor Cars, Indiana, Reo & Duplex Motor Trucks).It was deemed notable as "one of the last surviving buildings from the early period of Seattle's Pike-Pine "Auto Row" district that has not been significantly altered."It also served as a gas station by 1937, having a drive-through gas pump area in its northwest corner at East Pine Street and Bellevue Avenue.

The majority of the organization's membership are small businesses located throughout the Puget Sound area. The association's stated mission is "to combine business development, leadership and social action to expand economic opportunities for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community and those who support equality for all."

Stateside is a Vietnamese fusion restaurant in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington.

Tamari Bar is a bar and restaurant on Seattle's Capitol Hill, in the U.S. state of Washington. Chef and owner Makoto Kimoto opened the izakaya in February 2018, serving Japanese cuisine such as baozi, dandan noodles, onsen tamago, ramen, sushi and sashimi, and wagyu. The bar also serves cocktails and other drinks, as well as soft serve. Since 2022, sibling establishment Baiten has operated in Tamari, serving fruit sandwiches, floats, sundaes and other desserts with ice cream. Tamari has garnered a positive reception and became a vendor at T-Mobile Park in 2024.

The Starbucks Reserve Roastery (or simply the Seattle Roastery) is a Starbucks location in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. Located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, the operation is part of the company's Starbucks Reserve program. The location has been described as Starbuck's "flagship Reserve Roastery", and workers at the site have attempted to unionize.
