Gay City: Seattle's LGBTQ Center, formerly known as Gay City Health Project, is a 501(c)3 multicultural LGBTQ nonprofit organization based in Seattle, Washington.Gay City formed in 1995 during the HIV/AIDS epidemic. In the mid-2000s, Gay City introduced a Wellness Center that provided HIV testing and STI screening (syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and Hepatitis C). The health services expanded in 2019 to five locations. In 2007, Gay City served as a research partner for the Seattle branch of the HIV Vaccine Trials Network.The LGBTQ library was formerly held by the Seattle LGBT Community Center until it closed in 2009 and moved to Gay City.

The Northwest School (originally The Northwest School of the Arts, Humanities and Environment) is a private/independent day and boarding school located on Seattle, Washington's First Hill. The school was founded in 1980 and is primarily located in the 1905 Summit School building, an official City of Seattle landmark that was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. The school's student body includes approximately 500 day and boarding students, in grades 6-12, some 16% of whom are from outside the United States. The Colman Automotive Building is a building located at 401 E. Pine Street in Seattle, Washington. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.It was designed by Seattle architects Webster & Ford and built during 1915-16 and is about 107 by 92 feet (33 m × 28 m) in plan.It was used as a car dealership and also for car repair. In 1917 it included a dealership for Stanley Steamer cars and one for United Motors (distributors for Reo, Dart, Cole and Roamer Motor Cars, Indiana, Reo & Duplex Motor Trucks).It was deemed notable as "one of the last surviving buildings from the early period of Seattle's Pike-Pine "Auto Row" district that has not been significantly altered."It also served as a gas station by 1937, having a drive-through gas pump area in its northwest corner at East Pine Street and Bellevue Avenue.

Taku is a Japanese restaurant located in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood at 706 East Pike Street. It is owned by renowned chef Shota Nakajima and was established in 2020. "Taku", meaning table in Japanese, exudes vibes of a lively Osaka alleyway reminiscent of the bustling food stalls in the Shinsekai district with music, lights, dark wood and Japanese-inspired art.
