The Trinity Cathedral (Russian: Троицкий собор, Troitsky sobor; Russian: Троице-Измайловский соборTroitse-Izmailovsky sobor), sometimes called the Troitsky Cathedral, in Saint Petersburg, Russia, is a formerly Russian Imperial Army Izmaylovskiy regiment Russian Orthodox church, an architectural landmark - a late example of the Empire style, built between 1828 and 1835 to a design by Vasily Stasov. It is located due south of the Admiralty on Izmaylovskiy Prospekt, not far from the Tekhnologichesky Institut Metro station. The cathedral, which can accommodate up to 3,000 visitors, has only recently begun to be restored to its pre-Revolutionary splendor after years of neglect. In honor of the victory in the Russo-Turkish War, 1877–1878, when the Russians liberated Bulgaria from the Ottoman domination, a memorial column was constructed in front of the northern facade of the cathedral in 1886. The cathedral became a part of the Saint Petersburg World Heritage Site in 1990.On August 25, 2006, with reconstruction work underway, the main dome of the Cathedral collapsed after a fire, as did one of the smaller domes. The cathedral was restored and reopened in 2010.

The Children's Theatre "Na Neve" (en Russian: Детский драматический театр «На Неве») is a theatre in Saint Petersburg. The theatre was opened in 1987.

The Polish Garden (Russian: Польский сад, tr. Polsky sad) is a 2.3–hectare garden and park complex in the Admiralteysky District of St. Petersburg, Russia. It is bounded by the Fontanka River embankment to the north and the Catholic Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary to the south. The Garden was named after the Polish community of Saint Petersburg which attended the Cathedral in the 19th century.The predecessor of the current park was a private palatial garden in the courtyard of the estate belonging to Gavrila Derzhavin on the Fontanka, which was probably remodelled under the supervision of Nikolay Lvov. In 2006, the property was acquired by the National Pushkin Museum and between 2007 and 2011 the park and the Derzhavin Palace were renovated.The entry to the Polish Garden is free and the premises are often used for weddings, public gatherings and photoshoots.

Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary was a Catholic cathedral in the city of St. Petersburg from 1873 to 1926 and the residence of Metropolitan of Mogilev, the head of the Catholic Church in the Russian Empire. Administratively it belongs to the North-West region Catholic Archdiocese of Moscow, led by Archbishop Metropolitan Paolo Pezzi. Cathedral is closed to the building from the street, which is Russia's only Catholic seminary Mary Queen of the Apostles. The Cathedral has regular concerts of sacred music and is situated south of the Polish Garden.

Kryukov Canal (Russian: Крюков канал) is one of the canals in central Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Nikolsky Market or Nikolskie ryady (Russian: Никольские ряды, rows of Nicholas) is a commercial building at 62. Sadovaya Street in Saint Petersburg, built in 1789. The redevelopment of this building has caused some controversy.

Admiralteysky District (Russian: Адмиралте́йский райо́н) is a district of the federal city of St. Petersburg, Russia. As of the 2010 Census, its population: was 157,897; down from 187,837 recorded in the 2002 Census.

It is the oldest architecture university in the country.

Varshavsky station (Russian: Варша́вский вокза́л, Varshavsky vokzal), or Warsaw station, is a former passenger railway station in Saint Petersburg, Russia. It is located to the south of the city centre, and was in operation from 1853 to 2001 From 2001 to 2017 it served as the home of the Russian Railway Museum (also known as the Russian Federation Central Museum of Railway Transport).

Izmaylovskoye Municipal Okrug (Russian: муниципа́льный о́круг Изма́йловское) is a municipal okrug of Admiralteysky District of the federal city of St. Petersburg, Russia. Population: 26,355 (2010 Census); 30,415 (2002 Census). It borders the Fontanka River in the north, Moskovsky Avenue in the east, Malaya Mitrofanevskaya Street in the south, and Mitrofanevskoye Highway and Lermontovsky Avenue in the west. Places of interest include Warsaw Rail Terminal and the Trinity Cathedral.
