The Elishout Farm (French: Ferme Elishout; Flemish: Elishouthoeve) is a historic farmstead in Anderlecht, a municipality of Brussels. Originally an alder grove owned by the Lords of Aa, the site was located near the Waesbroecke, which is believed to have served as the seat of the lords. A farmstead was established on the site in the 12th century. Around 1173, the farmstead and its surrounding land were donated to Forest Abbey. The historic farmstead is now located on the campus of the Food and Chemical Industries Education and Research Center, a modernist educational and research campus in Anderlecht.
