Princes Arcade is an arcade of shops running between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street in central London. It is home to a number of small menswear shops and boutiques.The arcade is located on the site of the former Princes Hotel, designed by Edward Robert Robson for the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours and opened in April 1883. A westward extension of the hotel was built between 1911 and 1913, which is now Nos. 39-40 Jermyn Street. The arcade was constructed between 1929 and 1933, linking the two streets. The hotel was subsequently converted into offices.The arcade was refurbished by the Crown Estate in 2018 as "a space for innovative retail brands".

Prestat Ltd is one of London's oldest chocolate shops. It has been awarded two Royal Warrants: from Her Majesty The Queen and Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother.

The London showroom of jeweller Andrew Grima opened in 1966 at 80 Jermyn Street in the St James's district. It no longer exists due to subsequent redevelopment. It was designed in the brutalist style.

Hatchards claims to be the oldest bookshop in the United Kingdom, founded on Piccadilly in 1797 by John Hatchard. After one move, it has been at the same location on Piccadilly next to Fortnum & Mason since 1801, and the two stores are also neighbours in St. Pancras railway station as of 2014. It has a reputation for attracting high-profile authors and holds three Royal Warrants granted by the Queen, the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Edinburgh respectively.

Prince's Hall was a concert venue in Piccadilly, London. It was part of the premises of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours, at 190–195 Piccadilly, situated behind the galleries where annual exhibitions of the Institute took place. The building was opened by the Prince and Princess of Wales in 1883.In 1900 the Prince's Hall was joined with the Prince's Hotel to the rear, and became a restaurant. Prince's Hotel, built about 1898, was at 36–38 Jermyn Street, which runs parallel to Piccadilly to the south. From 1929 to 1933 there was extensive alteration: the hotel was converted into offices and business premises, and Princes Arcade was constructed between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street.

The Cavendish Hotel is a modern 4-star, 230-bedroom, luxury hotel in St James's, London, United Kingdom, facing the restaurant front of Fortnum and Mason on Piccadilly. Across Piccadilly is Mayfair. It is currently known as "The Cavendish London" and it is owned by CapitaLand. Its main entrance is on Jermyn Street, and a side entrance is on Duke Street, St James's. Jermyn Street is an established retail and urban leisure street which has bespoke gentlemen's clothing stores, shoe/bootmakers and barber shops. The hotel gained notoriety during the 1902–1952 management of the self-made hotelier and socialite Rosa Lewis, who was also known as the "Queen of Cooks" and "The Duchess of Jermyn Street"; damaged in the London Blitz, it was torn down in 1962. The present edition of the hotel was built on the site in 1966.

Today, it is privately owned by Wittington Investments Limited.Founded as a grocery store, Fortnum's reputation was built on supplying quality food, and saw rapid growth throughout the Victorian era. Though Fortnum's developed into a department store, it continues to focus on stocking a variety of exotic, speciality and also 'basic' provisions.The store has since opened several other departments, such as the Gentlemen's department on the first floor. It is also the location of a tea shop and several restaurants.

The Scotch of St. James is a nightclub situated at Mason's Yard, London.Tucked away at the bottom of an alley it served as a prominent nightclub, live music venue and historically significant meeting place for London's rock elite in the 1960s. The club opened on 14 July 1965 at the height of 1960s swinging London scene and soon replaced the Ad Lib Club which closed in November 1966, as a meeting place for the swinging London set and rock musicians. The heritage of the Scotch St. James was referenced when it was relaunched after 25 years of closure in 2012.
