Foy is a hamlet and civil parish in Herefordshire, England. By road, it is 7 kilometres (4 miles) north of Ross-on-Wye, 23 kilometres (14 miles) south east of Hereford and 27 kilometres (17 miles) south west of Ledbury. Foy, and the further Foy parish hamlet of Ingestone, lies in a loop of the River Wye with the nearest vehicle bridges at Ross and Hoarwithy.

The village lies near the western terminus of M50 motorway.The parish had a population of 322 in the 2001 UK census, and is grouped with Foy to form Brampton Abbots & Foy Group Parish Council for administrative purposes.The parish church, dedicated to St Michael, is Norman. The font has an octagonal bowl with quatrefoiled panels.The place name Brampton means 'Broom settlement'. Abbotts is a reference to the abbot of St Peter's Abbey, Gloucester, which held it in the late 11th century at the time of the Domesday survey.In the south of the parish, at the boundary with Weston under Penyard and Ross Rural parishes, is the hamlet of Rudhall. Rudhall House is a Grade I listed 14th century manor house. The core of the original building is timber framed on a sandstone plinth. The house was extended in the 16th and 17th centuries and restored in the 19th century, but the interior retains many period features.

Ross Spur Services is a southbound-only service area on the A449 at the end of the M50 motorway. Formerly operated by BP, it is now owned by Euro Garages and was planning to be expanding to incorporate drive-through restaurants with a seating area and a shop. A Starbucks was added with a drive through but the Burger King was not added at the time.

The village is near the River Wye, 14 kilometres (9 mi) south east of Hereford, 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Ross-on-Wye, and 16 kilometres (10 mi) south west of Ledbury. The Wye Valley Walk passes through Brockhampton. The parish forms part of the Old Gore ward of Herefordshire Council. Prior to 1998, it had been part of the district of South Herefordshire in Hereford and Worcester. The population of the parish in 2011 was 229.The two most significant buildings in the village are Brockhampton Court and All Saints' Church. Brockhampton Court was substantially rebuilt, in the neo-Tudor style in 1893, as the Herefordshire residence of A.W. Foster and his American wife, Alice. In the late 1870s, Eben Dyer Jordan of Boston, Massachusetts had purchased Brockhampton Court, now a retirement home, as a wedding present for his daughter and her groom, Arthur Foster. The Park, Brockhampton is the local cricket ground.

The ground was part of the Brockhampton Court estate.The first recorded match on the ground was in 1992, when Herefordshire played Wales Minor Counties in the grounds first Minor Counties Championship match. From 1992 to present, the ground has hosted 17 Minor Counties Championship matches and 9 MCCA Knockout Trophy matches.The ground has also hosted List-A cricket. The first List-A match played on the ground was between Herefordshire and Wiltshire in the 1999 NatWest Trophy. The second List-A match saw Herefordshire play the Gloucestershire Cricket Board in the 2001 Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy.In local domestic cricket, The Park is the home ground of Brockhampton Cricket Club who play in the Premier League of the Birmingham and District Premier Cricket League.
