Liberchies

The Festival Django Reinhardt is a Gypsy jazz music festival held during late June or early July at Samois-sur-Seine, France, and, since 2017, in the grounds of the nearby Château de Fontainebleau. It began as a single evening festival in 1968, but in 1983, became an annual week-long event commemorating Django Reinhardt and his music.The festival combines a musical program with creative, leisure and artistic activities about jazz, guitars and Gypsies.

Django @ Liberchies is a gypsy jazz festival, taking place every May since 2003 in Liberchies (Pont-à-Celles, Belgium), in honour of Django Reinhardt.

Frasnes-lez-Gosselies (Walloon: Fråne-dilé-Gochliye) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Les Bons Villers, located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium.

Les Bons Villers (French pronunciation: [le bɔ̃ vilɛʁs]; Walloon: Les Bons Viyés) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. On 1 January 2018 the municipality had 9,457 inhabitants. The total area is 42.55 km², giving a population density of 222 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following districts: Frasnes-lez-Gosselies, Mellet, Rèves, Villers-Perwin and Wayaux.

Viesville (Walloon: Vivele) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Pont-à-Celles, located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. The village is crossed by the Charleroi-Brussels Canal. The European highway E42 crosses the Charleroi-Brussels Canal via a viaduct in Viesville.

Luttre (French pronunciation: [lytʁ]; Walloon: Lute) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Pont-à-Celles, located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium, about 15 km north of Charleroi and 50 km south of Brussels along the Charleroi-Brussels Canal, railway line and motorway. Its name means crystal clear water.

Maransart (Walloon: Maransåt) is a Belgian town and district of the municipality of Lasne, Wallonia in the province of Walloon Brabant. The holotype of the extinct crocodilian Dollosuchoides was discovered here in 1915 and the Middle Eocene Brussel Formation, where Dollosuchoides was recovered from, is known to outcrop near Maransart.

Gosselies (Walloon: Gochliye) is a town of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Charleroi, located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. Located in the north of Charleroi, it was a city and a municipality of its own before the merger of the municipalities in 1977. Gosselies was the home of the headquarters of Caterpillar Belgium, as well as Solar Turbines Europe. The Brussels South Charleroi Airport (BSCA) is located in Gosselies too. On the pre-metro line M3, opened in June 2013, there are nine stations located in Gosselies. Since this date, Gosselies has been re-connected with the center of Charleroi and the SNCB Charleroi-South railway station by tram.

Mellet (Walloon: Melet; in Old French Meflet) (pronounced [məlɛ] by the inhabitants) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Les Bons Villers, located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium.

Brussels South Charleroi Airport (BSCA), also informally called Brussels-Charleroi Airport or Charleroi Airport (IATA: CRL, ICAO: EBCI), is an international airport located in Gosselies, a part of the city of Charleroi, Belgium. The airport is 4 nautical miles (7.4 km; 4.6 mi) north of Charleroi and 46 km (28+1⁄2 mi) south of central Brussels. The airport is the second busiest in Belgium in terms of passengers and aircraft movements, having served 8,224,196 passengers in 2019 (82,043 movements). It is also a busy general aviation airfield, being home to three flight schools. The Aéropole, one of the Science Parks of Wallonia, is also located near the airport.

The Church of Saint Sulpice (French: Église Saint-Sulpice; French pronunciation: [sɛ̃sylpis]) is a Catholic church in Jumet, a neighborhood of the Belgian city of Charleroi in Hainaut Province, Wallonia. It is dedicated to Sulpitius the Pious. The oldest material traces of a religious building on the site date back to the 10th century. Three churches built there before the current structure were identified during excavations carried out in 1967. The current classical building was built between 1750 and 1753 by an unknown architect. The brick and limestone church is uniform in appearance. It is composed of six bayed naves flanked by aisles, a three-sided transept, and a choir with a polygonal ambulatory with a sacristy in its axis. The chamfered base is in dimension stone on the frontage and in rubble stones and sandstone for the rest of the base. All of the building's angles are toothed and every second stone is bossed. The church has been listed as a Belgian cultural heritage site since 1949.

Villers-Perwin (Walloon: Viyé-Perwin) is a village in Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Les Bons Villers, located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. Villers-Perwin was a municipality in its own right until the fusion of the municipalities in Belgium in 1977.
