929 is a Cantopop and Mandopop–themed cocktail bar in New York City. Originally established in Long Island City, Queens, it moved to Hue House in Midtown Manhattan in 2025.

Hue House is a four-story complex in Midtown Manhattan housing several Asian establishments. Founded in order to provide a central hub for Asian culture and community, its name is derived from "迴," a Chinese character "symbolizing flow, return, and homecoming."

The Lefcourt Colonial Building is a 45-story office building located in Midtown Manhattan, in New York City, built by Abraham E. Lefcourt. The 538-foot-tall (164 m) neo-Gothic building, located at 295 Madison Avenue at East 41st Street, was completed in 1930.

One Grand Central Place, originally the Lincoln Building, is a 53-story, 673 feet (205 m) tall neo-Gothic office building at 60 East 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It is bounded by Madison Avenue to the west, East 41st Street to the south, and Park Avenue to the east. One Grand Central Place is near other skyscrapers such as the Chrysler Building, MetLife Building, and One Vanderbilt. It has direct in-building access to Grand Central Terminal to the north. As of 2021, it is the 91st-tallest building in the city, tied with the 277 Fifth Avenue, Barclay Tower, and One Court Square. The building is assigned its own ZIP Code, 10165; it was one of 41 buildings in Manhattan that had their own ZIP Codes as of 2019.

The Belmont Hotel was an early 20th-century skyscraper-like hotel at Park Avenue and 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The Belmont Hotel was built between 1904 and 1908. At 308 feet (94 m), it was the tallest hotel in the world when built and was demolished in 1939. The 42nd Street Airlines Terminal was built in its place.

Library Hotel by Library Hotel Collection is a 60-room boutique hotel in New York City, located at 299 Madison Avenue (at 41st Street), near the New York Public Library Main Branch, Bryant Park, and Grand Central Terminal. The hotel was designed by architect Stephen B. Jacobs.Library Hotel by Library Hotel Collection boasts a unique organizing principle: each of its ten guest floors has a theme, designated after a major category of the Dewey Decimal Classification (the 5th floor, for example, is the 500s, the Sciences), with each room as a subcategory or genre, such as Mathematics (Room 500.001) or Botany (Room 500.004). (Dewey categories 000, 100, and 200 are placed on the 10th, 11th, and 12th floors, respectively.) Other room themes include Erotic Literature (Room 800.001), Poetry (Room 800.003), and Music (Room 700.005). All rooms have a small complement of 50–100 books and decorations that accompany the theme, with 6,000 books overall throughout the hotel.Because of this classification scheme, the hotel owners were sued in 2003 by the OCLC (owners of the Dewey Decimal Classification system). Grand Central Madison is a commuter rail terminal for the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) currently under construction in the Midtown East neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City, being built as part of the East Side Access project. The new terminal, sometimes referred to as the LIRR's East Side station, started construction in 2008 and is planned to open in December 2022. It is located beneath Grand Central Terminal, which serves the MTA's Metro-North Railroad.The Long Island Rail Road has terminated on the west side of Manhattan, at Penn Station and its predecessor, since 1910. The new terminal aims to ease congestion at Penn Station and decrease travel times for passengers going to and from the east side of Manhattan. The new terminal will provide transfers to the Metro-North Railroad's Harlem, Hudson, and New Haven Lines, as well as the New York City Subway at Grand Central–42nd Street station.

The 42nd Street Airlines Terminal, on the southwest corner of Park Avenue and 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan, was the first of three airline terminals constructed in New York City. It was located at the site of the former Hotel Belmont. During this period of aviation, reservations, ticketing and baggage handling took place at this facility for the airlines American, Eastern, TWA, United and Pan Am. Passengers would be transferred by bus to Newark Airport, and later to the New York International Airport. The changing economics and increasing popularity of air travel eventually led to the creation of new air terminals: the East Side Airline Terminal near the Queens Midtown Tunnel and the West Side Airline Terminal near the Lincoln Tunnel. In 1954 this facility, which had become restricted to ticketing only, was renamed the Airlines Building. The declining importance of the facility led to its demolition in 1978, to become the site of the Philip Morris Building at 120 Park Avenue.

It was completed in 1979 to 1982 and has 49 floors. Eli Attia Architects designed the tower. The building contains the Museum of the Dog. The building is assigned its own ZIP Code, 10178; it was one of 41 buildings in Manhattan that had their own ZIP Codes as of 2019.

The Park Avenue Viaduct, also known as the Pershing Square Viaduct, is a roadway in Manhattan in New York City. It carries vehicular traffic on Park Avenue from 40th to 46th Streets around Grand Central Terminal and the MetLife Building, then through the Helmsley Building. All three buildings lie across the north–south line of the avenue. The viaduct itself is composed of two sections: a steel viaduct with two roadways from 40th to 42nd Streets, as well as a pair of roadways between 42nd and 46th Streets. The section from 40th to 42nd Streets was designated a New York City landmark in 1980 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The street-level service roads of Park Avenue, which flank the viaduct between 40th and 42nd Streets, are called Pershing Square. The viaduct was first proposed by New York Central Railroad president William J. Wilgus in 1900 as part of the construction of Grand Central Terminal. Construction on the viaduct's western leg began in 1917, after the terminal had opened, and was completed in 1919. The western leg initially carried two-way traffic, so the eastern leg was completed for northbound traffic in 1928, and the western leg was reconfigured to carry southbound traffic only. An information booth was established in 1939 beneath the viaduct, and the city renovated the viaduct in the early 1990s.

275 Madison Avenue (also known as the Johns-Manville Building, American Home Products Building, and 22 East 40th Street) is a 43-story office building in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. It is along the southeast corner of Madison Avenue and 40th Street, near Grand Central Terminal. The building, constructed from 1930 to 1931, was designed by Kenneth Franzheim in a mixture of the Art Deco and International styles. 275 Madison Avenue's three-story base is made of polished granite and contains large openings. On all the other floors, the facade contains vertical pilasters of white brick, as well as dark spandrels between windows, which were intended to give a vertical emphasis to the exterior. The 4th through 23rd floors contain several setbacks to comply with the 1916 Zoning Resolution. The building tapers to a rectangular cross-section on the 24th through 43rd floors. The interior of the base is designed with a main entrance lobby on 40th Street, as well as storefronts. Floor areas above the base range from 2,300 to 10,000 square feet (210 to 930 m2). 275 Madison Avenue was developed by Houston Properties, a firm headed by Texas entrepreneur Jesse H. Jones. It was originally known as 22 East 40th Street. The skyscraper opened at the onset of the Great Depression, and Houston Properties sold the skyscraper in 1933 to the New York Trust Company. In the mid-20th century, 275 Madison Avenue had several owners and was also known for major tenants Johns Manville and American Home Products. It has been owned by the RPW Group since 2016. The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission designated 275 Madison Avenue as an official landmark in 2009.
