Euclid Avenue is a major street in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. It runs northeasterly from Public Square in Downtown Cleveland, passing Playhouse Square and Cleveland State University, to University Circle, the Cleveland Clinic, Severance Hall, Case Western Reserve University's Maltz Performing Arts Center (formerly the Temple Tifereth Israel), Case Western Reserve University and University Hospitals Case Medical Center. The street runs through the suburbs of East Cleveland, Euclid, and Wickliffe, to Willoughby as a part of U.S. Route 20 and U.S. Route 6. The HealthLine bus rapid transit line runs in designated bus lanes in the median of Euclid Avenue from Public Square to Louis Stokes Station at Windermere in East Cleveland. It received nationwide attention from the 1860s to the 1920s for its beauty and wealth, including a string of mansions that came to be known as Millionaires' Row. There are several theaters, banks, and churches along Euclid, as well as Cleveland's oldest extant building, the Dunham Tavern. It can be reached through the Healthline.

Artisan is a high rise apartment tower located in the University Circle district of Cleveland. The 24-story building stands 267-foot (81 m) tall, making it the tallest in the city outside of downtown. It was completed in 2023.

One University Circle is a mixed-used high rise in the University Circle district of Cleveland. It is located just down the block from the Cleveland Clinic as well as Case Western Reserve University on Euclid Avenue. Being constructed on the former location of the Children's Museum of Cleveland, the project is the first high-rise apartment building completed in the city in over 40 years. It houses 280 apartments, including penthouse apartments, a parking garage, concierge services, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool and a sky lounge offering bird's-eye views of the city.

John Hay High School — also known as the John Hay Campus — is a public high school located in Cleveland, Ohio. John Hay is part of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, with grade levels including 9th through 12th. The neoclassical school was designed by Cleveland Schools architect George Hopkinson, and was built in 1929. John Hay had undergone a complete renovation in July 2003 and opened back up in Fall 2006 with more than 200,000 sq ft (19,000 m2) of learning space. The school is located in Cleveland's centrally located University Circle district, near Case Western Reserve University. John Hay High School completed renovations in the 2006–2007 school year and is the home of three small schools: the Cleveland Early College High School (2002), the Cleveland School of Science and Medicine (2006), and the Cleveland School of Architecture and Design (2006). The school is named for John Hay, the former U.S. Secretary of State and part-time Cleveland resident.

The Ingalls Library is the research library of the Cleveland Museum of Art, located on floor 2R in the Marcel Breuer-designed wing on the north side of the main museum building. The library was founded in 1913 concurrent with the founding of the museum. The library is primarily used by museum employees, graduate students in Case Western Reserve University's art history program, and researchers; however, it is also open to the public. The collection of the library and archives contains "published materials covering art from all geographic areas and all periods of art history, as well as archival collections documenting the history of the Cleveland Museum of Art. Materials are collected in many languages and in all formats." The Ingalls Library is named for former trustees Jane Taft Ingalls and Louise Harkness Ingalls.

The Tudor Arms Hotel is a historic hotel in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. It was designed by Cleveland architect Frank B. Meade in 1929 and opened in 1933 as the Cleveland Club. The 12-story Gothic revival building sits at the corner of Carnegie Avenue and Stokes Boulevard. It had a swimming pool, bowling alley, library, and two ballrooms. Mobster Al Capone was a regular. The club closed in 1939 during the Great Depression and the building reopened as the Tudor Arms Hotel. One of the ballrooms became the Empress Room supper club where performers including Patrice Wymore, Duke Ellington, and Louis Armstrong showed up. In the 1950s the building was a residence for Case Western Reserve graduate students. From 1971 to 2007, it housed the Cleveland Job Corps Center. Cleveland developers MRN Ltd purchased the property in 2007, and in 2011 began a $22 million renovation of the building. The building includes brick and limestone. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1994 and the Historic Hotels of America in 2015.

Severance Hall, also known as Severance Music Center, is a concert hall in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio, home to the Cleveland Orchestra. Opened in 1931 to give the orchestra a permanent home, the building is named for patrons John L. Severance and his wife, Elisabeth Huntingdon DeWitt Severance. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of Cleveland’s Wade Park District.In addition to serving as the Cleveland Orchestra’s home and as a commencement site for Case Western Reserve University, Severance Hall is available to rent for concerts, weddings, corporate events, and receptions. On Severance Hall’s ground floor is Reinberger Chamber Hall, a separate 402-seat auditorium that is frequently used for more intimate performances and pre-concert lectures.

Michelson-Morley Memorial Fountain, also known as the Michelson-Morley Monument and commonly called the "lipstick fountain," is located on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in the University Circle neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. It was designed by William Behnke and built in 1973 in commemoration of the world-famous Michelson–Morley experiment.

University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center (UH Cleveland Medical Center) is a large not-for-profit academic medical complex in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center is an affiliate hospital of Case Western Reserve University.UH Cleveland Medical Center is the main campus of the University Hospitals Health System. With 150 locations throughout the Cleveland metropolitan area, the University Hospitals Health System encompasses hospitals, outpatient centers, and primary care physicians. UH Cleveland Medical Center is home to world-class clinical and research centers, including cancer care, pediatrics, women's health, orthopedics, spine, radiology, radiation oncology, neurosurgery, neuroscience, psychiatry, cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, organ transplantation, and human genetics.

Adelbert Hall is an administration building at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and a registered historic building, listed in the National Register on 1973-10-30.

Allen Memorial Medical Library is located along Euclid Avenue on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed in 1926, the building was named in honor of Dudley P. Allen. Designed by the Cleveland firm of Walker and Weeks in a classical revival style, it was constructed with Indiana limestone on a pink Georgia marble base. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on 1982-11-30 and is a Cleveland Landmark. Along with serving as a library, the erection's 450 seat auditorium serves as classroom for students of Case Western Reserve University.In addition to housing a portion of the Cleveland Health Sciences Library (CHSL), it is also home of the Dittrick Museum of Medical History. The building is managed by the Cleveland Medical Library Association (CMLA) in a partnership with Case Western Reserve University.

The Dittrick Museum of Medical History is part of the Dittrick Medical History Center of the College of Arts and Sciences of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. The Dittrick Medical History Center is dedicated to the study of the history of medicine through a collection of rare books, museum artifacts, archives, and images. The museum was established in 1898 by the Cleveland Medical Library Association and today functions as an interdisciplinary study center. It is housed in the Allen Memorial Medical Library on the campus of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio's University Circle.
