Kreuzbleichhalle (Sporthalle Kreuzbleiche) is an indoor sporting arena located in St. Gallen, Switzerland. The capacity of the arena is 4,000 people. It hosted some matches at the 2006 European Men's Handball Championship and is the home arena of the TSV St. Otmar team handball club.

St. Gallen Riethüsli station is a railway station in the city of St. Gallen, in the canton of St. Gallen, Switzerland. It is located on the 1,000 mm (3 ft 3+3⁄8 in) Appenzell–St. Gallen–Trogen line of Appenzell Railways (Appenzeller Bahnen, AB), and is served by local light rail trains only. There is a bus stop for local and regional buses near the railway station. The station opened in 2018 together with the Ruckhalde Tunnel.

The Abbey Library of Saint Gall (German: Stiftsbibliothek) is a significant medieval monastic library located in St. Gallen, Switzerland. In 1983, the library, as well as the Abbey of St. Gall, were designated a World Heritage Site, as “an outstanding example of a large Carolingian monastery and was, since the 8th century until its secularisation in 1805, one of the most important cultural centres in Europe”.

Säntis was the name of a canton of the Helvetic Republic from 1798 to 1803, consisting of the territory of St. Gallen, Appenzell, and Rheintal. Its capital was St. Gallen.
