Shing Wong Temple, Shau Kei Wan

Shau Kei Wan or Shaukiwan is a neighborhood in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island. The area is bordered by Chai Wan to the east, Mount Parker to the south, Sai Wan Ho to the west, and Victoria Harbour to the north. Shau Kei Wan is considered as an area surrounded by A Kung Ngam Road and A Kung Ngam Village Road to the east, Yiu Hing Road and Shau Kei Wan Road to the south, Junction of Aldrich Bay Road and Shau Kei Wan Road to the west, and Oi Kan Road to the north.

Shau Kei Wan (Chinese: 筲箕灣; Cantonese Yale: Sāaugēiwāan) is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Island line in the neighborhood of Shau Kei Wan. Its concourse is located underground, and an island platform is used to serve trains on the Island line, to and from Kennedy Town and Chai Wan. Its station livery is blue. The retrofitting of platform screen doors was completed in October 2005.

Shau Kei Wan Road (traditional Chinese: 筲箕灣道; simplified Chinese: 筲箕湾道; pinyin: Shāojīwān Dào; Cantonese Yale: saau1 gei1 waan1 dou6), formerly known as Shaukiwan Road, is the main road in Shau Kei Wan and Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong.

The Yuk Wong Temple aka. Yuk Wong Kung Din (Chinese: 玉皇宮殿) or Yuk Wong Bo Din (玉皇寶殿) is a temple located at No. 26A A Kung Ngam Village Lane, A Kung Ngam, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong. The temple is dedicated to the Jade Emperor (玉皇, Yuk Wong in Cantonese). Two side altars are dedicated to Tin Hau (left of the main altar) and Kwun Yam (right).The temple is managed by the Chinese Temples Committee. The interior of the temple can be explored with Google Street View.

Yiu Tung Public Library is a public library, located in Yiu Tung Estate, Shau Kei Wan, Hong Kong.

A Kung Ngam (Chinese: 阿公岩) is a village and an area in northeast Shau Kei Wan in the north of Hong Kong Island, in Hong Kong. It contains a fish terminal market, several temples and the Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence.

Shau Kei Wan East Government Secondary School (SKWEGSS, Chinese: 筲箕灣東官立中學) is a co-educational secondary school operated by the Government of Hong Kong in Hong Kong. Located in Shau Kei Wan, there are a total of 25 classrooms and 17 special rooms with a student enrollment of 660. The school was founded in 1963 and its medium of instruction is Chinese.

Aldrich Bay (Chinese: 愛秩序灣), named after Major Edward Aldrich (Chinese: 愛秩序少校), was formerly a bay in the north shore on the Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is now reclaimed and is a housing area outside the area of Shau Kei Wan, neighbouring A Kung Ngam and Lei King Wan. Outside Aldrich Bay, it is the Shau Kei Wan Typhoon Shelter. It is not a small community. It contains Oi Tung Estate, Tung Yuk Court, Aldrich Garden and other private housings, with several primary school and secondary school. It is administratively part of the Eastern District.

The Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence is a museum in Hong Kong, located in a former coastal defence fort overlooking the Lei Yue Mun channel, near Shau Kei Wan on Hong Kong Island. The fort was built by the British in 1887, intended to defend the eastern approaches to Victoria Harbour. The total area of the museum is 34,200 square metres (368,000 sq ft). An exhibition entitled "600 years of Coastal Defence" is held permanently in the museum, which tells the story of the defence of the Hong Kong coastline from the time of the Ming Dynasty, through the First and Second Opium Wars and the Battle of Hong Kong, through to today.

Shau Kei Wan Government Secondary School (SGSS, Chinese: 筲箕灣官立中學) is a co-educational grammar school operated by the Government of Hong Kong in Hong Kong. Located in Shau Kei Wan, the school was founded in 1961 and its medium of instruction is English.

Sai Wan Shan (Chinese: 西灣山) is a hill in northern Hong Kong Island. It has a height of 197 metres (646 ft) above sea level. The hill is the site of former military installations used by the British Colonial administration. Now, the installations have been turned into a leisure facility called Lei Yue Mun Park and Holiday Village.

Aldrich Bay Park (Chinese: 愛秩序灣公園) is a park with fishing village as its theme. Located at the waterfront of Aldrich Bay, Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong, it is 22,000 square feet in size. The park was opened on 11 April 2011 and is now managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
