Trinité–d'Estienne d'Orves (French pronunciation: ​[tʁinite detjɛn dɔʁv]) is a station on Line 12 of the Paris Métro in the commercial centre of Paris and the 9th arrondissement.

The rue de la Victoire is a street in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The former name of the street was "rue Chantereine", which means "singing frogs", after the many frogs in the area as the quarter was swampy. The street took the name "rue de la Victoire" in 1797 after the success of Napoleon's campaign in Italy. In 1816, during the Bourbon Restoration, the street changed its name, but the name was restored in 1833.

The École supérieure des arts et techniques de la mode, or ESMOD, is a French private school of fashion. It was founded in Paris in 1841 by Alexis Lavigne. It has branches in Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris, Rennes and Roubaix in France, and in a number of cities in other countries, including Seoul, Moscow, Dubai, and Tokyo

The Salle des Concerts Herz, usually referred to simply as the Salle Herz, was a former concert hall in Paris, located at 48, rue de la Victoire. It was built in 1838 by the French pianist-composer Henri Herz.The hall was used for public performances. Hector Berlioz conducted the premières of two of his compositions there – the overture Le Carnaval romain on 3 February 1844 and L'enfance du Christ on 10 December 1854. Offenbach's 'tableau villageois' Le trésor à Mathurin was performed there 'in concert' on 7 May 1853, and Offenbach himself performed there as a cellist. The first public performance of the saxophone took place there on 3 February 1844.Non-musical events were also held in the hall. An anti-slavery conference was held there on 27 August 1867 by the British and Foreign Anti-Slavery Society.The Salle Herz was still being used to mount concerts by Jules Danbé in 1874 but was subsequently demolished.

The Musée national Gustave Moreau is an art museum dedicated to the works of Symbolist painter Gustave Moreau (1826–1898). It is located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris at 14, rue de la Rochefoucauld, Paris, France. The museum was originally Moreau's dwelling, transformed by his 1895 decision into a studio and museum of his work with his apartment remaining on the first floor. Today the museum contains Moreau's drawings, paintings, watercolors, and sculptures.

The Square d'Orléans (also known as the cité des Trois-Frères), is a residential square in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, at 80, rue Taitbout. The square was designed by the English architect Edward Cresy, and built in 1829 on land that had originally belonged to the family of the musician Daniel Auber. The original entry to the square was at 36, rue Saint-Lazare. The name 'Square d'Orléans' was probably a tribute to Louis Philippe of the Orléans family, who became King of France in 1830. ('Trois-Frères', the alternative name for the square, is the name of a former part of rue Taitbout). The facades of the interior courtyard are decorated by porches with Ionic half-pillars, in a style that is analogous to that of the terraces of Regent's Park, London, (e.g. Cumberland Terrace), designed by John Nash in the 1820s.The Square became a fashionable residence in which many celebrities of the July monarchy period took apartments, including Frédéric Chopin, George Sand, Marie Taglioni, Alexandre Dumas and Charles-Valentin Alkan.

The Grand Synagogue of Paris, generally known as Synagogue de la Victoire or Grande Synagogue de la Victoire, is situated at 44, Rue de la Victoire, in the 9th arrondissement. It also serves as the official seat of the chief rabbi of Paris.

This "quartier" of Paris got its name from the rue de la Chaussée-d'Antin in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. It runs north-northwest from the Boulevard des Italiens to the Église de la Sainte-Trinité. In the 17th century the chemin des Porcherons crossed a swampy piece of ground north of the porte Gaillon, a city gate in the wall built during the reign of Louis XIII, leading to the village of Les Porcherons. It is called a chaussée because the marshy ground required raised construction that ran along the top of a sort of dyke. At the rue de Provence it crossed the "great sewer" or Ruisseau de Ménilmontant, which was approximately two meters wide. Under an ordinance dated 4 December 1720, the street was graded and resurveyed as a wider boulevard with a width of eight toises and extended to meet the grands boulevards to the south. This new boulevard stretched from the end of Rue Louis-le-Grand to Rue Saint-Lazare. The frequent stays of Louis XV in Paris led to the building of splendid homes such as that of Louis Antoine de Pardaillan de Gondrin, the Duke of Antin (1665–1736). Son of the marquise de Montespan, the duke was the superintendent of the Bâtiments du Roi, or buildings of the king. His residence faced this street and his name became associated with it as early as 1712.

The rue de Provence is a street located in the 8th and 9th Arrondissements of Paris. It begins at the rue du Faubourg Montmartre and ends at the rue de Rome . Only the short part of the street between rue du Havre and rue de Rome is in the 8th arrondissement. Where the road is now, there used to be a little river called "ruisseau de Menilmontant" (Menilmontant brook). With the Parisian population increasing, this little river became the two-metre wide Grand Egout (great sewer) in the 17th century. Letters patent on December 15 1770 allowed the banker Jean-Joseph de Laborde to create the Rue de Provence; which would cover the "Grand Egout". The width of the road was set at 30 feet, confirmed by two ministry decisions on March 20 1813 and May 21 1823. While "Provence" is the name of a region in the south-east of France, the street is actually named in honor of Louis-Stanislas-Xavier, comte de Provence, king of France from 1814 to 1824 under the name of Louis XVIII. In 1884, the rue de Provence absorbed the rue Saint-Nicolas-d'Antin, which extended it further west.

The Église de la Sainte-Trinité is a Roman Catholic church located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The church is a building of the Second Empire period, built between 1861 and 1867 at a cost of almost 5 million francs.

The rue Joubert is a street in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, France. It is named after General Barthélemy Catherine Joubert, who was fatally wounded at the Battle of Novi in 1799. At n°20, (junction with rue de la Victoire) is a mansion of the French architect François-Joseph Bélanger, which for his wife Mademoiselle Dervieux, a dancer, he rebuilt in Pompeiian style after his release from the Saint-Lazare jail during the French Revolution.

Chaussée d'Antin–La Fayette (French pronunciation: ​[ʃose dɑ̃tɛ̃ la fajɛt]) is a station on Line 7 and Line 9 of the Paris Métro. The station was opened on 5 November 1910 with the opening of the first section of the line from Opéra to Porte de la Villette. The line 9 platforms opened on 3 June 1923 with the extension of the line from Saint-Augustin.
