The Brooks Tower is a 42-story residential skyscraper in downtown Denver, Colorado, United States. At the time of its construction in 1968, it was the tallest building in Denver, standing 420 feet (130 m). In 2021, it is the fifteenth-largest building in Denver. It was also Denver's first high-rise residential building. Brooks Tower was converted to condominiums in the 1995.

The Curtis, also known as the Executive Tower, is a 350 ft (107m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. It was completed in 1974 and has 30 floors. It is the 31st tallest building in the city. The Curtis Hotel became a member of the Hilton family on January 5, 2010. It is now called The Curtis-A Doubletree Hotel. Since 2006, the hotel has also functioned as a student dormitory for the nearby Auraria Campus. The housing is known as the "Auraria Student Lofts" and occupies Floors 17–30.

The Tabor Grand Opera House, not to be confused with the Tabor Opera House of Leadville, was a Denver opera house and theatre built and subsidized by the silver magnate Horace Tabor and his first wife Augusta Tabor.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Denver Branch is second largest of three branches of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. The branch which is in Denver opened on January 14, 1918 at 17th Street before moving in 1968 to 16th Street Mall.

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Denver is a 565 feet (172 m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. This makes it the 4th tallest building in Denver. It was completed in 2010 and has 45 stories and 766,487 sq ft (71,209 m2) of usable floor space. It is estimated to cost $350 million, or $456.63 per sq. ft., which would make it the most expensive privately owned building ever constructed in Denver. It is a mixed-used building, containing a pool, fitness center and amenities. The lower 24 floors contains the Four Season Hotel, while the upper 21 floors contain residential suites. The hotel operates 239 guest rooms & suites, as of 2010 it is the tallest mixed used tower in Denver.

1144 Fifteenth is a high-rise building in downtown Denver, Colorado. Completed in 2018, the 40-story tower rises approximately 603 feet (184 m). The building occupies a full city block bounded by 15th Street, Lawrence Street, and Arapahoe Street, near Union Station in Denver’s central business district.

Bovine Metropolis Theater was the first dedicated improvisational performance and improvisational comedy theater in the Denver Metro Area. It is located at 1527 Champa Street, Denver, Colorado. The Bovine Metropolis Theater houses the Bovine School of Improv, a five level program that teaches improvisational theatre and comedy. There are over 800 graduates of the Bovine School of Improv.In 2001 Westword named Bovine Metropolis Theater the "Best Improv and Comedy Space" for that year. The company is owned by Denise Maes and Eric Farone along with the Bovine's sister company, Apixii Applied Improvisation. Apixii uses applied improvisation to conduct business training for companies on a contract basis.

The Filbeck Building is a historic 1917 building in Denver, Colorado, designed by architect John J. Huddart. Located at 1527 Champa Street, it is next to the Roger & Son Mortuary/Yankee Dollar Building. It has been home to the Champa Bar, the Changing Scene Theater, and the Bovine Metropolis Theater.

Boettcher Concert Hall, is a Concert Hall in Denver, Colorado and is home to the Colorado Symphony. It is named after Colorado native and philanthropist Claude K. Boettcher.

The Denver Gas & Electric Building, also known as the Public Service Building and the Insurance Exchange Building, is a building located in the downtown district of Denver, Colorado. Designed by architect Harry W.J. Edbrooke for the Denver Gas & Electric Company, the 10 story building was completed in 1910. One of its most striking features is the use of 13,000 electric light bulbs decorating its façade.In 1978, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Spire is a high-rise building containing 496 condominium homes in Denver, Colorado, in the United States. Standing at 147.2 metres (483 ft) with 42 floors, Spire is the tenth tallest building in Denver and was designed by architecture firm RNL Design. The building is at 14th Street and Champa Street in downtown Denver. It cost $175,000,000 to build, from 2007 to 2009. It is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified building with 35,000 square feet (3,300 m2) of amenity space, including a gym, pools and a spa, a top floor lounge, and 9,000 square feet (840 m2) of shops on the ground floor. It contains one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. It is currently owned by Plant Holdings NA, Inc. The average price per square foot in January 2018 was $648.50/sf.

The 16th Street Mall is a pedestrian and transit mall in Denver, Colorado. The mall, 1.25 miles (2 kilometers) long, runs along 16th Street in downtown Denver, from Wewatta Street (at Union Station) to the intersection of 16th Avenue and Broadway (at Civic Center Station). The intricate granite stone sidewalks and streets were designed by architect I.M Pei to resemble the scale pattern of the western diamondback rattlesnake. It is home to over 300 stores, 50 restaurants, and the Denver Pavilions shopping mall.
