Theatre District–Convention Center station is a RTD light rail station in the Downtown Denver, Colorado, United States. Operating as part of the D, F, and H Lines, the station was opened on November 28, 2004, and is operated by the Regional Transportation District. It is located on Stout Street, between Speer Boulevard and 14th Street, within the Colorado Convention Center and also close to the Denver Performing Arts Complex. The station opened in 2004 to replace the 14th & Stout station and 14th & California station, which were used for southbound and northbound trips on the D Line, respectively. These original stations were opened with the rest of the Central Corridor in 1994. In addition, the station is two blocks from a connection with the free MallRide shuttle bus service on the 16th Street Mall. Theatre District/Convention Center was one of the first stations on Denver's light rail system with a 4-car platform. As part of the FasTracks plan that was approved by voters in 2004, most light rail stations in Denver have been upgraded to 4-car platforms. From 2004 to 2009, the station was known as Convention Center - Performing Arts station.

The Mountain States Telephone Building (also known as Telephone Building) is a historic building located at 931 14th Street in Denver, Colorado. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on January 26, 2005.It served as the headquarters of the Mountain States Telephone & Telegraph Company, later known as Mountain Bell. Constructed in a variant of the Gothic Revival style named "Modern American Perpendicular Gothic," the building was designed by local architect William N. Bowman. The new building, completed in 1929, was built to provide dial telephone service for the first time in Denver.It is a 15-story building with buff-colored terra cotta, on a pink granite base. According to its NRHP nomination, the "Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company, the building's original owner, called its architectural style 'Modern American Perpendicular Gothic,' referring to its setbacks, massing, vertically, and Gothic Revival style ornamentation." The Gothic Revival architecture of the Mountain States Telephone Building is featured on many of Denver's Architectural tours. The entrance of the building features 13 murals from the history of telecommunications by Allen Tupper True, which were painted in 1929. The murals are located at several of the entrance lobbies and in one location inside the building.

I See What You Mean, also known as the "Big Blue Bear", is a 40-foot-tall sculpture of a blue bear by Lawrence Argent, installed outside the Colorado Convention Center, in Denver. The piece was installed at a cost of US$424,400, and was immediately popular with both the public and art community.

Boettcher Concert Hall, is a Concert Hall in Denver, Colorado and is home to the Colorado Symphony. It is named after Colorado native and philanthropist Claude K. Boettcher.

The Denver Gas & Electric Building, also known as the Public Service Building and the Insurance Exchange Building, is a building located in the downtown district of Denver, Colorado. Designed by architect Harry W.J. Edbrooke for the Denver Gas & Electric Company, the 10 story building was completed in 1910. One of its most striking features is the use of 13,000 electric light bulbs decorating its façade.In 1978, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Denver Auditorium Arena was an indoor arena located at the corner of 13th and Champa Streets in Denver, Colorado. It was constructed as the Denver Municipal Auditorium in 1908 during the administration of Denver Mayor Robert W. Speer. The building was opened on July 7, 1908, and was the site of the 1908 Democratic National Convention. With a capacity of 12,500, the building was at the time of its opening the second largest in America to Madison Square Garden. Initially, the venue was configured and equipped to hold numerous kinds of events including theater, opera, conventions, sporting events, exhibitions, concerts, and more. Renovations were made to the building in the 1940s, and in 1953 the southern half of the building was converted into the Auditorium Arena, a pure sporting venue with seating capacity of 6,841.

The Denver Performing Arts Complex (sometimes referred to locally as "The DCPA " or simply the "Arts Complex") is located in Denver, Colorado, in one of the largest performing arts centers in the United States. The DCPA is a four-block, 12-acre (49,000 m2) site containing ten performance spaces with over 10,000 seats connected by an 80 ft (24 m) tall glass roof. It is home to a theatre company, Broadway musicals, contemporary dance and ballet, chorales, symphony orchestras, opera productions, pop stars and more. The City and County of Denver’s Arts & Venues owns and operates the three largest theatres in DPAC, the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, the Buell Theatre and Boettcher Concert Hall. The Helen Bonfils Theatre Complex within DPAC is managed and operated by the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Performing arts organizations which regularly appear in one or other of the performance spaces include the Colorado Ballet, the Colorado Symphony, Opera Colorado and the Denver Center for the Performing Arts’ theatrical divisions — Denver Center Broadway and Denver Center Theatre Company.

The Curtis, also known as the Executive Tower, is a 350 ft (107m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. It was completed in 1974 and has 30 floors. It is the 31st tallest building in the city. The Curtis Hotel became a member of the Hilton family on January 5, 2010. It is now called The Curtis-A Doubletree Hotel. Since 2006, the hotel has also functioned as a student dormitory for the nearby Auraria Campus. The housing is known as the "Auraria Student Lofts" and occupies Floors 17–30.

Bovine Metropolis Theater was the first dedicated improvisational performance and improvisational comedy theater in the Denver Metro Area. It is located at 1527 Champa Street, Denver, Colorado. The Bovine Metropolis Theater houses the Bovine School of Improv, a five level program that teaches improvisational theatre and comedy. There are over 800 graduates of the Bovine School of Improv.In 2001 Westword named Bovine Metropolis Theater the "Best Improv and Comedy Space" for that year. The company is owned by Denise Maes and Eric Farone along with the Bovine's sister company, Apixii Applied Improvisation. Apixii uses applied improvisation to conduct business training for companies on a contract basis.

The Filbeck Building is a historic 1917 building in Denver, Colorado, designed by architect John J. Huddart. Located at 1527 Champa Street, it is next to the Roger & Son Mortuary/Yankee Dollar Building. It has been home to the Champa Bar, the Changing Scene Theater, and the Bovine Metropolis Theater.

The Brooks Tower is a 42-story residential skyscraper in downtown Denver, Colorado, United States. At the time of its construction in 1968, it was the tallest building in Denver, standing 420 feet (130 m). In 2021, it is the fifteenth-largest building in Denver. It was also Denver's first high-rise residential building. Brooks Tower was converted to condominiums in the 1995.

The Ellie Caulkins Opera House is located in Denver, Colorado as part of the large Denver Performing Arts Complex. It seats 2,225. The Caulkins family pledged $7 million towards the enhancement of the lyric opera house and adjacent public spaces which were constructed inside of the Newton Auditorium.
