University of Panama

Estadio Javier Cruz 'Artes y Oficios' is a multi-purpose stadium. It located at the corner of Ricardo J. Alfaro Avenue and Vía Simón Bolivar in Panama City, Republic of Panama; close to Colegio de Artes Y Oficios Melchor Lasso de La Vega, from which it has received part of his name. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Tierra Firme F.C. from the Liga Nacional de Ascenso. The stadium holds 2,500 spectators.

Curundú is a corregimiento within Panama City, in Panamá District, Panamá Province, Panama with a population of 16,361 as of 2010. Its population as of 1990 was 17,933; its population as of 2000 was 19,019.During the time of the Panama Canal Zone, Curundú was home to Curundu Junior High School, initially part of the Canal Zone school system and later taken over by the Department of Defense Dependent Schools. It was used for the 7th and 8th grades of both students from the Canal Zone and dependents of US Military personnel stationed there. The school had an iconic geodesic dome cafeteria and the school mascot was the Cougar. It was also home to the Curundú Bowling alley, the largest bowling alley in the canal zone, and the Pacific Arts Repertory Theater, aka "PRAT" a theater which along with the Theater Guild of Ancon was one of the primary venues for community theater in the Canal Zone.

Iglesia del Carmen is a Panama Metro station on Line 1. It was one of the metro network's first 11 stations, opened on 5 April 2014 and commencing operations the following day.The station is named after the nearby neo-gothic church. It serves the neighbourhood of Bella Vista, providing access to the city's financial and banking district and the nightlife and restaurant zone of Calle 50.In its first year of operations, it was the fifth most used station of the twelve on the network at that time, carrying 18% of the system's users at peak times.Iglesia del Carmen is seen as a key interchange station in the plans to expand the metro, as it will connect line 1 with the future line 2 and line 5.

Oxford International School (OIS) is an international school in Panama City, Panama, serving students from preschool through high school. As of 2015 it had about 100 employees and 1,010 students. The campus is located on Via España.

The Sea Waves is a residential skyscraper in the Bella Vista district of Panama City, Panama. Built between 2005 and 2010, the tower stands at 154 m (505 ft) tall with 45 floors, and is the current 48th tallest building in Panama City.

The National Bank of Panama (Spanish: Banco Nacional de Panamá) (BNP) is one of two Panamanian government-owned banks. As of January 2009, it held deposits of about US$5 billion. The other government-owned bank is Caja de Ahorros de Panamá (Savings Bank of Panama), with about US$1 billion in total deposits. Panama has never had an official central bank. The National Bank of Panama was responsible for nonmonetary aspects of central banking in Panama, assisted by the National Banking Commission (Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores), which was created along with the country's International Financial Center, and was charged with licensing and supervising banks.

The Oxford School is a British international school in Panama City, Panama. The school, located in Edison Park on Via Transistmica, has over 900 students as of 2015. It serves levels preschool through secondary school.The Oxford School, then a supplementary English language school, opened in 1983 and opened a permanent facility in a Via España campus in 1984. The day school programme, initially Pre-Kindergarten through 1st grade, opened in a Punta Paitilla campus in 1990. The Santiago de Veraguas campus opened in 1992. Its current building opened in 1999.

The Evolution Tower is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Bella Vista district of Panama City, Panama. Built between 2012 and 2017, the tower stands at 217.9 m (715 ft) tall with 54 floors, and is the current 17th tallest building in Panama City.

Torre Balboa also known as Bahia Balboa is a high-rise residential building in the Avenida Balboa district of Panama City, Panama. Completed in 2002, the tower stands at 138 m (453 ft) tall with 33 floors, and is the current 52nd tallest building in Panama City.

The Tower Financial Center (also known as the TowerBank Financial Center) is an office skyscraper in Panama City, Panama. Built between 2008 and 2011, the tower stands at 231 m (758 ft) tall with 52 floors and is currently the 13th tallest building in Panama City.

Bella Vista is a corregimiento within Panama City, in Panama District, Panama Province, Panama with a population of 30,136 as of 2010. Its population as of 1990 was 24,986; its population as of 2000 was 28,421.

Santo Tomás is a Panama Metro station on Line 1. Construction of the station began on 16 August 2011 and it was one of the first 11 stations when the metro began operations on 6 April 2014.The station provides access to Hospital Santo Tomas and the Cinta Costera. It has hosted displays of sculptures and photography. In its first year of operations, Santo Tomas was the tenth most used station of the twelve on the network at that time, carrying 8% of the system's users at peak times.
