Stuvsta railway station

Hagsätra metro station is on the Green line of the Stockholm metro, located in Hagsätra, Söderort. It is the end station for line 19. The station was inaugurated on 1 December 1960 when one-station extension from Rågsved was completed. The distance to Slussen is 10 km (6.2 mi). A southerly extension of the Blue line of the Stockholm metro is currently under construction and expected to be opened for the passengers in 2030. As part of this development, the Blue line will take over this station.

Hagsätra is a quarter in Söderort, the southern part of Stockholm Municipality, Sweden. It borders with the quarters of Älvsjö, Örby and Rågsved in Stockholm, as well as Stuvsta in neighboring Huddinge Municipality. Hagsätra covers an area of 420 acres (1.7 km² or 0.66 mi2) and has a population of around 7,800. This area previously belonged to Älvsjö gård manor but was incorporated into Stockholm in 1930. But it wasn't until 1957 Hagsätra started expanding with modern houses and architecture. Hagsätra has a marketplace known as Hagsätra torg. The Hagsätra metro station is the southern terminus on Line 19 of Stockholm's Metro system.

Älvsjö (Swedish pronunciation: [ɛlvɧø] ) is a district of the city of Stockholm Municipality in Sweden, located in the borough Älvsjö in Söderort. It has the biggest rentable facility in northern Europe called Stockholm International Fairs, and also the hotel Scandic Talk Hotel, which both are located east of Älvsjö commuter train station. In 2017, the total population of the district was 1,530 inhabitants.The name was written Elffuesio in 1461. The origin of the first element is unclear – it is possibly derived from an Old Swedish male name *Ælve, but that interpretation is uncertain. The last element sjö 'lake' refers to Brännkyrkasjön, a former lake east of Älvsjö.

Huddinge Municipality (Swedish: Huddinge kommun) is a municipality in Stockholm County, east central Sweden. Its seat is located in Huddinge (pronounced [hɵ̂dːɪŋɛ] ), which is a part of Stockholm urban area. The municipality is, with its approximately 110,000 inhabitants, the second most populated in Stockholm County.

Huddinge is a station on Stockholm's commuter rail network, located in central Huddinge Municipality between Stuvsta and Flemingsberg. The station consists of a single island platform with an underground pedestrian tunnel connecting to the bus terminal and Huddinge centrum. The outer tracks are used for other train traffic. The current station structure was completed in 1986.

Scandic Talk Hotel (previously the Rica Talk Hotel) is a skyscraper and hotel, located at the Stockholm International Fairs in Älvsjö, Stockholm Municipality, Sweden. It is 72 m tall and includes 19 floors and 248 rooms. Scandic acquired the hotel in 2014 when it purchased Rica HotelsThe building was constructed by Rosenbergs Arkitekter and it opened on 23 May 2006.

Rågsved metro station is on the Green line of the Stockholm metro, located in Rågsved, Söderort. The station was inaugurated on 13 November 1959 as the southern terminus of a one-station extension from Högdalen. On 1 December 1960 the line was extended further to Hagsätra. The distance to Slussen is 8.5 km (5.3 mi). A southerly extension of the Blue line of the Stockholm metro is currently under construction and expected to be opened for the passengers in 2030. As part of this development, the Blue line will take over this station.

Långsjön (English: The Long Lake) is a lake in southern Stockholm, Sweden. The lake is situated in an old residential neighbourhood located between the municipalities of Stockholm and Huddinge and most of the shoreline is private property. The water level is controlled by a sluice in the north-western end of the lake where the lake empties into Lake Mälaren through a system of dikes and culverts. Polluted waste water was poured directly into the lake during the early 20th century which caused up to two-thirds of the lake to be choked-up until the 1940s. It was subsequently one of the first lakes in Stockholm to undergo restoration. The northern shores are waterlogged whilst the bedrock surfaces along the southern. The lake has no major feeders, the inflow instead coming from local stormwater and surface runoff.

Trehörningen (Swedish: "The Triangle") is a small lake located in the municipality Huddinge in southern Stockholm, Sweden. As part of the Tyresån Lake System, Trehörningen receives water from Lake Gömmaren and supplies water to Lake Ågesta.
