Huddinge railway station

Huddinge Municipality (Swedish: Huddinge kommun) is a municipality in Stockholm County, east central Sweden. Its seat is located in Huddinge (pronounced [hɵ̂dːɪŋɛ] ), which is a part of Stockholm urban area. The municipality is, with its approximately 110,000 inhabitants, the second most populated in Stockholm County.

Stuvsta is a station on Stockholm's commuter rail network, located 11.5 km south of Stockholm Central Station in the Stuvsta-Snättringe district of Huddinge Municipality. The station consists of a single island platform with a ticket hall located on the platform and entrance through an underground pedestrian tunnel. The outer tracks are used for other train traffic. The current station was completed in 1986. As of 2015, the station had approximately 3,300 boardings per weekday.

Flemingsbergsviken is a lake in Stockholm County, Södermanland, Sweden. The lake is located just outside the southern suburbs of Stockholm.

Visättra (formerly Östra Flemingsberg) is a residential area in Flemingsberg in Huddinge municipality and included in the urban area of Stockholm.

Långsjön (English: The Long Lake) is a lake in southern Stockholm, Sweden. The lake is situated in an old residential neighbourhood located between the municipalities of Stockholm and Huddinge and most of the shoreline is private property. The water level is controlled by a sluice in the north-western end of the lake where the lake empties into Lake Mälaren through a system of dikes and culverts. Polluted waste water was poured directly into the lake during the early 20th century which caused up to two-thirds of the lake to be choked-up until the 1940s. It was subsequently one of the first lakes in Stockholm to undergo restoration. The northern shores are waterlogged whilst the bedrock surfaces along the southern. The lake has no major feeders, the inflow instead coming from local stormwater and surface runoff.

Källbrinks Idrottsplats or simply Källbrinks IP is a football stadium in Huddinge, Sweden and the home stadium for the football team Huddinge IF. Källbrinks IP has a total capacity of 2 500 spectators.

Flemingsbergsskogen Nature Reserve (Swedish: Flemingsbergsskogens naturreservat, literary "Flemingsberg's Forest") is a nature reserve in Huddinge Municipality south of central Stockholm, Sweden. The reserve was created in 2006 and encompasses some 956 hectares (2,360 acres) of land and 11 hectares (27 acres) of water. It is composed of rocky upland areas with Pine forests and bogs, and nutrient-rich lowland areas with spruce and deciduous forests. On its eastern side it borders to the Orlången Nature Reserve.

Flemingsberg is a railway station in Flemingsberg in Huddinge Municipality, Stockholm. Located approximately 19 km south of Stockholm Central Station, it serves as a transport hub for Stockholm commuter rail, InterCity, and Regional train services. The station has three island platforms, with both commuter and long-distance trains. The adjacent bus terminal offers multiple regional and local connections. Flemingsberg is also a key station for passengers traveling between southern Stockholm and southern Sweden.

Södertörn University (Swedish: Södertörns högskola, abbreviated as SH) is a public university college (Swedish: högskola) located in Flemingsberg in Huddinge Municipality, and the larger area called Södertörn, in Stockholm County, Sweden. In 2013, it had about 13,000 full-time and part-time students. The campus area in Flemingsberg hosts the main campus of SH, several departments of the Karolinska Institutet, and the School of Technology and health of the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). The Karolinska University Hospital, Huddinge (formerly Huddinge Hospital), is also located there. The university is unique in the sense that it is the only higher educational institution in Sweden that teaches and researches philosophical schools such as German idealism, existentialism, deconstruction as well as critical theory and other views which are excluded from the traditional Anglo-Saxon analytical philosophy.

Flemingsberg is a southern suburb of Stockholm, Sweden that is located in Huddinge Municipality in the south-western part of the contiguous Stockholm urban area. It is located approximately 15 minutes by Stockholm commuter rail from central Stockholm, or 20–30 minutes by car. Flemingsberg has 12,000 inhabitants, around 12,300 people work there, and there are about 13,000 students studying at Södertörn University. There is a railway station (Flemingsberg, formerly Stockholm Syd Flemingsberg), a major hospital, a university college and there are also colourful high-rise residential buildings from the 1970s. Flemingsberg has also evolved as a law enforcement center for the southern part of metropolitan Stockholm, with police station, court house, prosecutor's office and a jail, all in buildings built in the 1990s onwards.

Flemingsberg Church (Swedish: Flemingsbergs kyrka) is a church building in Flemingsberg, Huddinge, Sweden that is part of the Church of Sweden.

Hagsätra metro station is on the Green line of the Stockholm metro, located in Hagsätra, Söderort. It is the end station for line 19. The station was inaugurated on 1 December 1960 when one-station extension from Rågsved was completed. The distance to Slussen is 10 km (6.2 mi). A southerly extension of the Blue line of the Stockholm metro is currently under construction and expected to be opened for the passengers in 2030. As part of this development, the Blue line will take over this station.
