Wednesbury Rugby Club is a rugby union club based in Wednesbury, West Midlands, England. It was founded in 1921 and is the home of the world's tallest rugby posts.Fabricated from steel tube by Irvon steel and galvanized by Joseph Ash, the posts stand 38.26 m (125.5 ft; 1,506 in) high, and needed a special crane to help erect them. The posts surpassed the previous tallest of 110 ft 1/2 in (33.54 m) that can be found at the Roan Antelope club in Zambia, Africa.The club currently stands in the Midlands 4 North West League and regularly runs out two teams on a weekly basis, A 1st XV playing the league and cup matches and a Development (2nd XV) Team playing the in Merit League. Wednesbury Rugby Club have also in the past 12 months (2019-2020) relaunched their youth and mini teams, gaining over 50 new youth and mini players in preparation to join the leagues and play competitive rugby at all age groups.

St Bartholomew's Church is an Anglican church in Wednesbury in West Midlands, England. It is in the Diocese of Lichfield. The building, with medieval remains, was rebuilt and much modified in later centuries. It is Grade II listed.

Darlaston James Bridge railway station was a station built on the Grand Junction Railway in 1837, serving the James Bridge area east of the town centre of Darlaston, near the junction of Walsall Road and Bentley Mill Way. Prior to September 1863 the station was, at various times, suffixed James' Bridge, James's Bridge and Green. On 14 September 1863 a station was opened on the Darlaston Loop off the South Staffordshire Line which was named Darlaston. The original station then became known as James Bridge. On 1 November 1887 the 'new' Darlaston station closed and the original station changed its name to James Bridge for Darlaston. In March 1889 the name changed to Darlaston and James Bridge.

The Darlaston Loop was a railway which connected the towns of Walsall, Darlaston and Wednesbury in the West Midlands of England. It was so named because it passed through the town of Darlaston.

Darlaston railway station was a station built on the South Staffordshire Line in 1863. It served the town of Darlaston, and was located to the east of the town centre, on Walsall Road. It was one of two railway stations that served the town. The other, Darlaston James Bridge, was located on the Walsall to Wolverhampton Line and became known as Darlaston after the closure of this station.

The Anson Branch is a short canal in the West Midlands, England. It runs for just over one mile from its junction with the Walsall Canal near Forster's bridge. It forms part of the Birmingham Canal Navigations. The canal is only partially watered and is no longer navigable. It formerly connected with the now defunct Bentley Canal which, in turn, connected with the Wyrley and Essington Canal. The canal has no locks.
