Queen Anne is a neighborhood and geographic feature in Seattle, Washington, United States, located northwest of downtown. The affluent neighborhood sits on the eponymous hill, whose maximum elevation is 456 feet (139 m), making it Seattle's highest named hill. Queen Anne covers an area of 7.3 square kilometers (2.8 sq mi), and has a population of about 28,000. It is bordered by Belltown to the south, Lake Union to the east, the Lake Washington Ship Canal to the north and Interbay to the west. The hill became a popular spot for the city's early economic and cultural elite to build their mansions. Its name is derived from the architectural style in which many of the early homes were built.

Moonrise Bakery is a bakery in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, in the U.S. state of Washington. It opened in 2021, after Olympia Coffee Roasting Co. purchased Le Reve Bakery in 2020 and completed a rebrand and remodel. The shop supplies pastries and other baked goods to Olympia Coffee locations throughout the region.

The Queen Anne Pool (also known as the Queen Anne Aquatic Center) is a public pool in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States. Funded by the Forward Thrust initiatives in 1968, the pool construction was delayed for years in deliberations over funding and location. After ten houses adjacent to the McClure Middle School were purchased by the city recreation fund, in 1974 local architect Benjamin F. McAdoo was selected to design the structure. Construction began on the site two years later; the project exceeded the construction firm's initial bid, for a total cost of $843,000 (equivalent to $4,500,000 in 2023). It was opened to the public on November 10, 1977, and dedicated by Mayor Wesley C. Uhlman eleven days later. The pool building is T-shaped, with the pool located in the leg of the T, away from the street. It is fashioned from reinforced concrete with a brick veneer and features an asymmetrical red roof. It was designed in Modernist style, featuring trademark details in the interior such as exposed concrete wall, brickwork, and support beams. The pool itself, measuring 75 by 43 ft (23 by 13 m), features one-meter and three-meter diving platforms, a rope swing, and a pool lift. A sauna is also located within the facility.

KIRO-TV (channel 7) is a television station in Seattle, Washington, United States, affiliated with CBS. Owned by Cox Media Group, the station maintains studios on Third Avenue in the Belltown section of Downtown Seattle, and its transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood, adjacent to the station's original studios. KIRO-TV signed on in 1958 as the last commercial VHF television station for the Seattle metropolitan area; owing to its status as the television extension to KIRO (710 AM), the station immediately took the CBS affiliation from Tacoma-licensed KTNT-TV (now KSTW), but they were forced to share the affiliation for two years after the owners of both stations settled a lawsuit over the affiliation switch. Subsequently owned for more than three decades by the broadcasting division of the LDS Church, KIRO-TV briefly became a UPN affiliate when KSTW reaffiliated with CBS in 1995 during a nationwide affiliation shuffle, but rejoined the network in 1997 via a three-way trade that involved the two stations. KIRO-TV is one of five local Seattle television stations seen in Canada via Shaw Broadcast Services for the purposes of time-shifting and can be viewed from many eastern Canadian cities including Toronto and Montreal and on satellite providers Bell Satellite TV and Shaw Direct. It can also been seen on cable systems in British Columbia as the quasi-local CBS affiliate.

It is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group alongside ABC affiliate KOMO-TV (channel 4). Both stations share studios within KOMO Plaza (formerly Fisher Plaza) in the Lower Queen Anne section of Seattle, while KUNS-TV's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood.

KOMO-TV (channel 4) is a television station in Seattle, Washington, United States, affiliated with ABC. It is owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group alongside Bellevue-licensed Univision affiliate KUNS-TV (channel 51). Both stations share studios within KOMO Plaza (formerly Fisher Plaza) in the Lower Queen Anne section of Seattle, while KOMO-TV's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood. KOMO-TV signed on in December 1953 as the flagship station of Seattle-based Fisher Broadcasting; originally an NBC affiliate, it was the television extension to KOMO (1000 AM), which was a sister station until 2021. The station became Seattle's ABC affiliate in 1959 when KING-TV affiliated with NBC after a year-long transition period; it has generally ranked second in the city's television market ratings behind KING-TV throughout its existence.

Queen Anne High School (1909–1981) was a Seattle Public Schools high school on Galer Street atop Queen Anne Hill in Seattle, Washington, United States. The building was converted to condominium apartments in 2007. The school was built in 1908 with additions in 1929 and 1955, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It is also an official City of Seattle landmark.The school closed in 1981 due to decreasing enrollment. Students in the school's attendance area transferred to various high schools in the district. The school facility underwent renovation and adaptive reuse to become a residential apartment building in 1986, with 137 apartments. In 2006 the residential apartments underwent another renovation and converted to condominium units.

KONG (channel 16) is an independent television station licensed to Everett, Washington, United States, serving the Seattle area. It is owned by Tegna Inc. alongside NBC affiliate KING-TV (channel 5). Both stations share studios at the Home Plate Center in the SoDo district of Seattle, while KONG's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood. KONG is the only television station owned by Tegna that is not affiliated with any major broadcast network.

KING-TV (channel 5) is a television station in Seattle, Washington, United States, affiliated with NBC. It is owned by Tegna Inc. alongside Everett-licensed independent station KONG (channel 16). Both stations share studios at the Home Plate Center in the SoDo district of Seattle, while KING-TV's transmitter is located in the city's Queen Anne neighborhood. Debuting as the first television station in the Pacific Northwest, it was purchased by and became the flagship station of Dorothy Bullitt's King Broadcasting Company eight months into broadcasting; the company still exists as a license holder for its properties under Tegna ownership. The station became an NBC affiliate in 1959 and has generally led the Seattle television market since.

Car Toys, Inc. is a medium-sized chain of stores, founded and headquartered in Seattle. There are currently 50 stores, distributed throughout Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Texas. Car Toys currently has over 1,000 employees, some of whom work in both the corporate headquarters and a distribution center. The retailer specializes in all assortment of mobile electronics products, but primarily sells automobile audio equipment and wireless phone devices.

The North Queen Anne Drive Bridge is a deck arch bridge that spans Seattle's Wolf Creek. The 238 ft (73 m) long steel and concrete structure was built in 1936 to replace the previous wood-constructed crossing. It serves as a connection between the Queen Anne neighborhood and the George Washington Memorial Bridge that carries State Route 99. The arch is unusually high and uses a minimal number of supporting members. It was designated a city landmark on December 28, 1981, because of its unique engineering style.An expansion joint suffered cracking and spalling during the 2001 Nisqually earthquake. The bridge has been retrofitted to make it more earthquake-resistant.
