Bedok View Secondary School

Tanah Merah MRT station is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the East West line located in Bedok, Singapore. Other than the main service for the East West line, Tanah Merah station is also the terminus for the Changi Airport branch line, a spur of the East West line. Tanah Merah station is located at the boundaries of Bedok North and Bedok South planning subzones, and is built along New Upper Changi Road between the junctions of Bedok South Avenue 3/Tanah Merah Kechil Road and Tanah Merah Kechil Avenue. Tanah Merah station is one of the only two elevated MRT stations to have more tracks than the conventional two train tracks on other stations (the other one being Ang Mo Kio). The middle track serves the train service of the Changi Airport Branch line, which terminates at Changi Airport. Tanah Merah means 'red earth' in Malay, which is derived from the red lateritic cliffs along the coast that were once visible from the sea (most of which were leveled into the sea for land reclamation works). Since 2017, Tanah Merah station is officially assigned the station code "CG", in addition to the station code "EW4" which the station originally had, to differentiate the operations of the main service and the Changi Airport branch line, albeit that it was not displayed on the signage of the station until 2021. Announced on 25 May 2019, the station will be transferred over to the Thomson–East Coast line by 2040, and the Changi branch of the East West line will cease to operate.

Bayshore MRT station is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Thomson-East Coast Line in Bedok, Singapore, along Bayshore Road.The station is located in the vicinity of the Bayshore Park, The Bayshore, and Costa Del Sol condominiums, as well as many other private houses and condominiums around Bayshore and Upper East Coast. The station will serve as the eastern terminus of the Thomson-East Coast Line from 2024 to 2025, where it would then be replaced by Sungei Bedok when stage five of the line opens.

Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan (SHHK) (traditional Chinese: 新加坡福建會館; simplified Chinese: 新加坡福建会馆; pinyin: Xīnjiāpō Fújiàn Huìguǎn; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Sin-ka-pho Hok-kiàn Hōe-koán), or the Singapore Hokkien Association in English, is a cultural and educational foundation. It was established in 1840 to promote education, social welfare and the preservation of the Chinese language and culture among Chinese Singaporean and other Overseas Chinese groups in Southeast Asia. As of 2014, the SHHK, which has 5000 members, is the largest clan association in Singapore.

The Bedok Police Division (or 'G' Division) is one of the seven land division of the Singapore Police Force. Bedok Division covers approximately 114 square kilometres of the eastern sector of Singapore. The building became operational on 1 August 1987 when the former Joo Chiat Police Station at East Coast Road was closed down. Bedok Division initially comprised seven Neighbourhood Police Centres (NPC) and 16 Neighbourhood Police Posts (NPP). The seven NPCs are Bedok North, Bedok South, Changi, Geylang, Marine Parade, Pasir Ris and Tampines. Bedok Division serves about 800 thousand residents in private and public housing estates within our boundaries. In addition, scattered throughout the division's jurisdiction are several industrial estates, as well as other commercial, sporting and recreational facilities, which include the Singapore Sports Hub, East Coast Park, Our Tampines Hub and Downtown East. In January 2022, Bedok South NPC and Bedok North NPC were merged to form Bedok NPC.

St. Anthony's Canossian Secondary School (SACSS) is a government-aided autonomous Catholic girls' secondary school located in Bedok, Singapore. It is part of the Canossian family of Catholic girls' schools in Singapore. The school is well regarded for its dance and drama programmes, which widened students' appreciation of arts as well as cater to the unique needs of students with different artistic talents through the expanded range of programmes. It educates deaf students who do not need to use sign language to communicate.

Bedok Point is a four-storey mall (with 2 basement stories) located in the town center of Bedok along New Upper Changi Road, and near Bedok MRT station. Bedok Point officially opened on 26 April 2011. The mall held its soft opening on 16 December 2010. It has a range of retail units, entertainment outlets, a bookstore and food outlets.
