St. Jerome Church is a Roman Catholic Church in Kashimira, Mira-Bhayandar, India. It was built during the Portuguese era by the Franciscan Fathers in 1595. It is situated on a hillock along the Western Express Highway.

It currently serves as the northern terminus of the Red Line, with services running through to Gundavali in Andheri East via Dahisar (East). The station is located approximately 1.4 km east of Mira Road railway station on the Western Line.
