Bulwell station, previously known as Bulwell Market station, is a railway station and tram stop in Bulwell, Nottingham, England. It is located on the Robin Hood Line and the Hucknall branch of the Nottingham Express Transit (NET).

Bulwell is a market town in the City of Nottingham, in Nottinghamshire, England. It is 3 miles (5 km) south-west of Hucknall and 4.5 miles (7 km) to the north-west of Nottingham. The United Kingdom Census 2011 recorded the population of Bulwell at 29,771 which amounted to over 10 per cent of Nottingham city's population. The 2011 census gave a population of 16,157 for the Bulwell ward of Nottingham City Council. There is an adjacent ward, Bulwell Forest, which includes Highbury Vale, Rise Park and the west of Top Valley), its population at the same census being 13,614.

The Leen Valley is the wide valley formed by the River Leen within the county of Nottinghamshire. The Leen Valley was once an important centre for hosiery and coal mining industries. Today, although light manufacturing continues, the valley is increasingly becoming part of the commuter belt for Nottingham. Highbury Vale is an area located in the city of Nottingham, and is located in the Bulwell Forest ward (which includes Rise Park and the western area of Top Valley). The area is located roughly 5.4 miles (8.7 km) from the City Centre, and about 1 mile (2 km) from Bulwell. Surrounding areas include Bulwell towards the North, Bestwood to the east, Hempshill Vale to the west and Cinderhill and Basford towards the south. Highbury Vale and Hempshill Vale are classed as a part of Bulwell. At the 2001 census, the area had a population of 4,530.

Bulwell Forest is a tram stop on the Nottingham Express Transit (NET) light rail system in the city of Nottingham in the suburb of Bulwell. It is part of the NET's initial system, and is situated on the long single line section between Bulwell and Hucknall tram stops that runs alongside the Robin Hood railway line. Like all the other intermediate stops on this section, the stop has a passing loop with an island platform situated between the two tracks of the loop.With the opening of NET's phase two, Bulwell Forest is now on NET line 1, which runs from Hucknall through the city centre to Beeston and Chilwell. Trams run at frequencies that vary between 4 and 8 trams per hour, depending on the day and time of day.The tram stop should not be confused with the former Bulwell Forest railway station, which was situated on the, now closed, Great Northern Railway's Nottingham to Shirebrook line, some 750 metres (2,460 ft) to the south-east of the tram stop. The Robin Hood line that passes alongside the stop was originally the former Midland Railway route from Nottingham to Worksop, but there has never been a railway station at the stop's location.There is a road level crossing just to the south of the tram stop, and pedestrian access to the stop is from this crossing. At the crossing, both tram and railway lines are protected by the automatic barriers. The Springfield Retail Park, containing branches of Morrisons, Matalan, Wickes and Brantano, is adjacent to the tram stop.

David Lane is a tram station on Nottingham Express Transit, in the city of Nottingham suburb of Basford. The tram lines here run parallel to the Robin Hood railway line that links Nottingham with Worksop, but there is no corresponding railway station. Both tram and railway lines have two tracks, and the resulting four tracks cross David Lane on a pair of parallel level crossings. The tram stop comprises a pair of side platforms on both sides of the tramway.With the opening of NET's phase two, David Lane is now on the common section of the NET, where line 1, between Hucknall and Chilwell, and line 2, between Phoenix Park and Clifton, operate together. Trams on each line run at frequencies that vary between 4 and 8 trams per hour, depending on the day and time of day, combining to provide up to 16 trams per hour on the common section.Nottingham Express Transit recommend using this stop to change between the Hucknall and Phoenix Park branches, rather than the next station (Highbury Vale) where the two branches diverge.This is the closest tram stop to Basford United's football stadium, Greenwich Avenue.
