Alem Cinema (Amharic: አለም ሲኒማ) is the first private movie theatre in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia established in 2004. It was founded and owned by Haile and Alem International PLC, a joint venture of the renowned athlete Haile Gebreselassie and his wife Alem Tilahun.

The Succat Rahamim Synagogue is a former Jewish congregation and synagogue, located in the Banin Sefer neighborhood of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The square-shaped synagogue was established by Yemenite and Adenite Jews, most likely in the 1950s.

Medhane Alem Cathedral, whose name means "Saviour of the World", is an Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo cathedral in Bole Medhanealem, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was established under Proclamation No. 273/2002.The Ethiopian Civil Aviation Accident Prevention and Investigation Bureau conducts aircraft accident investigations in Ethiopia or involving Ethiopian aircraft. The Flight Safety Department of the Ethiopian CAA conducted aircraft accident investigations in Ethiopia and/or involving Ethiopian aircraft.

The Addis Ababa National Stadium (Amharic: አዲስ አበባ ብሄራዊ ስታዲያም) will be a multi-purpose stadium, which can host football, rugby and athletics, in Bole, in eastern Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It will be the national stadium of the Ethiopia national football team. The stadium will have a capacity of 62,000 and will be built by the China State Construction Engineering. While the stadium itself will cover 37 hectares, development is planned around it, spanning across 60 hectares.The stadium includes CAF and FIFA preferences, enabling it to host international matches.

Dembel City Center, also known as Dembel Mall is a shopping center in Addis Ababa. Located in the center of the city less than 3 mi (4.8 km) from Bole International Airport, it was one of the first Western-style shopping malls in Ethiopia. Built in 2002, the twelve-floor structure has 123 spaces for shops and offices. It currently has about 105 shops, restaurants and galleries.Dembel City Center is part of a modern development of the city center along Bole Road, also known as Airport Road or Africa Avenue. Bole Road, like many streets in Addis Ababa, is experiencing a construction boom spurred by the growing Ethiopian economy. However, recent construction to revamp this major avenue has disrupted access to many shopping centers, including Dembel City Center, requiring some businesses to move to new locations.

Bole (Amharic: ቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ) is a district of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As of 2011 its population was of 328,900.

The Ethiopian Intellectual Property Office (EIPO) is an autonomous unit of the Ethiopian Science and Technology Agency. It was established in 2003 to provide legal protection for Intellectual property (IP) rights. Under a Director-General the EIPO comprises five core business units and two support units. Addis Ababa Bole International Airport (IATA: ADD, ICAO: HAAB) is an international airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is in the Bole district, 6 km (3.7 mi) southeast of the city centre and 65 km (40 mi) north of Bishoftu. The airport was formerly known as Haile Selassie I International Airport. It is the main hub of Ethiopian Airlines, the national airline that serves destinations in Ethiopia and throughout the African continent, as well as nonstop service to Asia, Europe, North America and South America. The airport is also the base of the Ethiopian Aviation Academy. As of June 2018, nearly 450 flights per day were departing from and arriving at the airport.
