Skylight Hotel is a five-star hotel in Bole district, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia established in 2019. Inaugurated by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed and Chairperson of the African Union Moussa Faki, the hotel hosts primarily lodging services for Ethiopian Airlines passengers with 379 rooms accommodating 2,000 guests in a banquet hall.

Millennium Hall (Amharic: ሚሌኒየም አዳራሽ) is a venue located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Built in 2006 by Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Ali Al Amoudi, it is a multi-purpose facility hosting variety events, including conferences, cultural performance and religious gathering.

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education (Amharic: የሳይንስ እና ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር) was the Ethiopian government ministry established in 2018 which has a responsibility to lead the development of science, higher education, and the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in the country. It established by proclamation number 1097/2018 in October 2018. Hirut Woldemariam is the prior by leading the ministry since its foundation to August 2020. The ministry has been under the leadership of Samuel Urkato since August 2020.

Addis Ababa Bole International Airport (IATA: ADD, ICAO: HAAB) is an international airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is in the Bole district, 6 km (3.7 mi) southeast of the city centre and 65 km (40 mi) north of Bishoftu. The airport was formerly known as Haile Selassie I International Airport. It is the main hub of Ethiopian Airlines, the national airline that serves destinations in Ethiopia and throughout the African continent, as well as nonstop service to Asia, Europe, North America and South America. The airport is also the base of the Ethiopian Aviation Academy. As of June 2018, nearly 450 flights per day were departing from and arriving at the airport.

Medhane Alem Cathedral, whose name means "Saviour of the World", is an Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo cathedral in Bole Medhanealem, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is the second largest cathedral in the whole of Africa and the largest in Ethiopia.The church, along with Gennet Mariam, is decorated with external columns type of modern architecture of Ethiopia.

Alem Cinema (Amharic: አለም ሲኒማ) is the first private movie theatre in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia established in 2004. It was founded and owned by Haile and Alem International PLC, a joint venture of the renowned athlete Haile Gebreselassie and his wife Alem Tilahun.

Awash International Bank (Amharic: አዋሽ ኢተርናሽናል ባንክ) is a commercial bank in Ethiopia that was established in 1994 by 486 founding shareholders with a paid-up capital of birr 24.2 million and started banking operations on 13 February 1995. As of end of June 2020 the number of shareholders and its paid-up capital increased to over 4369 and Birr 5.87 billion, respectively. Likewise, as of end June 2020, bank's total assets reached Birr 95.6 billion with over 700 branches found across the country, Awash Bank continues to be leading private commercial Bank in Ethiopia.

The Addis Ababa National Stadium (Amharic: አዲስ አበባ ብሄራዊ ስታዲያም) will be a multi-purpose stadium, which can host football, rugby and athletics, in Bole, in eastern Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It will be the national stadium of the Ethiopia national football team. The stadium will have a capacity of 62,000 and will be built by the China State Construction Engineering. While the stadium itself will cover 37 hectares, development is planned around it, spanning across 60 hectares.The stadium includes CAF and FIFA preferences, enabling it to host international matches.

Bole (Amharic: ቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ) is a district of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As of 2011 its population was of 328,900.

Unity University is a private university in Ethiopia. It is the first privately owned institute of higher learning to be awarded full-fledged university status in Ethiopia by the Ministry of Education. It is the first private school in Ethiopia that introduced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as a basic teaching element. The school is managed by HOHETE TIBEB Share Company (HTSC).

The Succat Rahamim Synagogue is a former Jewish congregation and synagogue, located in the Banin Sefer neighborhood of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The square-shaped synagogue was established by Yemenite and Adenite Jews, most likely in the 1950s.
