Stade Josy Barthel

Belair (Luxembourgish pronunciation: [bæˈlɛːɐ̯] ; formerly Neumerl) is a quarter in western Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. From 1931 to 2021, Belair was the location of Luxembourg's national stadium, rebuilt in 1990, the Stade Josy Barthel, named after Luxembourg's only Olympic gold medal winner. In September 2021, it was officially replaced by the newly built Stade de Luxembourg and is due to be demolished and replaced with a new mixed use neighbourhood named "Wunnquartier Stade".Luxembourg City's main fire station and the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg hospital are based within Belair.As of 31 December 2022, Belair has a population of 12,613 inhabitants.

The Luxembourg School of Business (LSB) is the only accredited graduate business school in Luxembourg. LSB offers a part-time Master in Business Administration ("weekend MBA"), a full-time Master in Management, as well as specialized programs for individuals companies. Founded in 2014, it is the first business school in Luxembourg which had to meet the requirements of the new legal framework put in place in 2016, focused on raising the quality standards. LSB is accredited by the Luxembourg Ministry of Higher Education and Research via a ministerial decree dated as of 29 August 2017 for the duration of five years.Also accredited as a training provider inside the Lifelong Learning initiative of the L'Institut national pour le développement de la formation professionnelle continue of Luxembourg. LSB holds Erasmus accreditation for the period of 2021 – 2027.

The Municipal Hospital (French: Hôpital municipal) is the main hospital in Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. It is located off the Route d'Arlon N6 road, in Rollingergrund, in the west of the city. The hospital forms the largest part of the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg, the public sector healthcare provider in Luxembourg City.Opened in 1976 as part of the newly created CHL, the hospital is set on seven floors (including one below ground) and provides all the services of a general hospital.

The Notre-Dame Cemetery (French: Cimetière Notre-Dame, German: Liebfrauenfriedhof) in Luxembourgish more commonly the Nikloskierfecht, or "St. Nicholas Graveyard", is located in the Limpertsberg quarter of Luxembourg City. It is the largest of the 14 cemeteries and graveyards managed by the Service Cimetières of the City of Luxembourg.

Parc Merl (Luxemburgish Märeler Park) is an urban park in Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. Despite its name, the park is not located in the quarter of Merl, but in Hollerich. It is bordered by avenue du 10 Septembre (N5) to the north-west, boulevard Pierre Dupong to the south-west, rue de Bragance to the south-east, and avenue Guillaume to the north-east.

Church of the Saints Peter and Paul (Luxembourgish: Russesch-orthodox Péiter-a-Paul Kierch zu Lëtzebuerg; French: Église des Saints Apôtres Pierre et Paul de Luxembourg) is the first Russian Orthodox Church in Luxembourg. It is under the jurisdiction of the Western European Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia.

Rollingergrund (Luxembourgish: Rollengergronn, pronounced [ˌʀoleŋɐˈɡʀon] ) is an area of north-western Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. It forms the majority of the quarter of Rollingergrund-North Belair. Rollingergrund developed around the porcelain factory of Villeroy & Boch. While it originally belonged to Luxembourg City, after the territorial reorganisation under the French regime (1795-1814) it was part of the commune of Eich. After it received its own parish in 1843, the population sought political autonomy, and it became a commune in the canton of Luxembourg from 8 May 1849, when it was split from the commune of Eich. On 26 March 1920 it was again merged into the city of Luxembourg, along with Hamm and Hollerich.Michel Engels (1851–1901), the celebrated illustrator, author and art teacher, was born in Rollingergrund.

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) is the main financial regulatory authority in Luxembourg. Since 2014, it has been the country's national competent authority within European Banking Supervision. The CSSF is also responsible for the supervision of experts in the financial sector, investment companies, pension funds, regulated securities markets and their operators, multilateral trading facilities and payment institutions, and is the competent authority for the public auditor oversight.

The Grand Duchess Charlotte Maternity Hospital (French: Maternité Grande-Duchesse Charlotte) is a maternity hospital, part of the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg in Luxembourg. The hospital is named after Charlotte, Grand Duchess of Luxembourg, who reigned from 1919 to 1964.

The Château de Septfontaines (Luxembourgish: Schlass Siwebueren) is located in the Rollingergrund district of Luxembourg City. Now a listed building, it has been associated over the years with Luxembourg's Villeroy & Boch porcelain factory, which closed in 2010.

The Athénée de Luxembourg (English: Luxembourg Athenaeum), is a high school situated in Luxembourg City, in southern Luxembourg. Throughout the school's history of more than 400 years, its name was changed repeatedly. It is nowadays popularly known as the Stater Kolléisch or De Kolléisch, and is the nation's oldest school still in existence.

St Joseph's Church in the Limpertsberg district of Luxembourg City is a Roman Catholic church in the Neo-Romanesque style. Designed by the Luxembourg architect Nicolas Petit (1876–1953), it was completed in 1913 and consecrated the same year on 30 April. The interior was substantially renovated in 1976 by the German architect Willy Hahn who added a tabernacle column symbolizing the tree of life.
