Kenanga Wholesale City (also known as KWC Fashion Mall), is Malaysia's first fashion wholesale mall. It is located in Pudu, the heart of Kuala Lumpur, a few minutes from the city's Golden Triangle, in the fashion wholesale area of Jalan Kenanga.KWC Fashion Mall has 500,000 square feet (46,000 m2) of net lettable space and houses more than 800 wholesale and retail shops as well as boutiques selling a range of fashion-related merchandise including women's, men's and children's apparel, accessories, shoes and leather goods. Starstage@KWC is a 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) purpose-built concert hall and event space located at Level 15 of the mall. It had hosted several concerts and events such as Indonesian pop-rock band Ungu “Tercipta Untukku” Live in Malaysia in February 2014, Korean actor Lee Kwang Soo Fan Meeting in January 2014, Korean actor and singer Lee Min Ho Concert in June 2013, Malaysian International Gourmet Festival (MGIF) in November 2013, TVBStar Awards Malaysia in December 2013 and Mandopop boy band Super Junior M in 2012.KWC Fashion Mall is endorsed by Tourism Malaysia as a Kuala Lumpur Must Visit Destination.The Grand Opening of KWC Fashion Mall took place on 26 May 2012, with Korean superstar band Block B, Malaysian rock band Hujan and other big names from entertainment and fashion in attendance.

Pudu (Chinese: 富都, alt. 半山芭) is a ward of Kuala Lumpur located along the Pudu Road (Malay: Jalan Pudu). It houses Pudu Sentral (Kuala Lumpur's oldest bus station) and formerly Pudu Prison. Pudu Market (Malay: Pasar Besar Pudu) is one of the largest wet markets in Kuala Lumpur. Adjacent to it is Jalan Pasar (Pasar Road) where there are shops selling electronics components and devices. During colonial rule, Pudu was known as Pudoh.Pudu is sandwiched between Bukit Bintang, Maluri and Cheras. The Bukit Bintang City Centre development is located at the border of Pudu and Bukit Bintang right beside of the Hang Tuah LRT and monorail station. The Ampang Line and Sri Petaling Line AG10 SP10 Pudu LRT station's sign was used in the movie Entrapment, although it was the SP17 Bukit Jalil LRT station that was used as the filming location.

The Pudu Prison (Malay: Penjara Pudu, simplified Chinese: 半山芭监狱; traditional Chinese: 半山芭監獄; pinyin: Bànshānbā Jiānyù), also known as Pudu Jail, was a prison in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Built in phases by the British colonial government between 1891 and 1895, it stood on Jalan Shaw (now Jalan Hang Tuah). The construction began with its 394-metre prison wall at a cost of Straits $16,000, and had been adorned with the world's longest mural at one point in its history. The cells were small and dark, each equipped with a window only the size of a shoebox. The prison complex was largely demolished by December 2012 to make way for urban development. At the request of heritage conservationists and the public, the main gate and a portion of the exterior wall have been preserved, and now form part of the park surrounding Mitsui Lalaport Mall, which occupies the site of the former prison.

The Exchange TRX, officially known as Plaza The Exchange TRX, is a shopping mall and complex situated next to the Bukit Bintang shopping district in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is located off Jalan Tun Razak to the east and Jalan Kampung Pandan to the south. The term "TRX" in its name is a short form of Tun Razak Exchange, the area where the mall was developed at. Part of TRX's Lifestyle Quarter precinct, it includes a hotel block by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and an office block built on top of the mall as well as residences right next to it. The Exchange TRX constitutes as one of the first stages in the development of the Tun Razak Exchange district, making it as a primary highlight for the area. It is currently anchored by Seibu Department Store, Golden Screen Cinemas' Aurum Theatre and a supermarket under Dairy Farm Group of Hong Kong, Mercato. There are also other smaller scaled anchor tenants such as H&M, Uniqlo, LC Waikiki, Muji and MPH Bookstores.

The Victoria Institution is the oldest secondary school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is a memorial school, so-called because it was partly funded by public subscription intended for the erection of a permanent memorial to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1887. The establishment of the school was further supported by financial contributions from the Sultan and government of Selangor, prominent Kuala Lumpur residents, and the general public.The school reverted to its original name (instead of SMK Victoria) in February 2009, after being granted approval in recognition of its having been declared part of Malaysia's national heritage.The Victoria Institution is a secondary school for male students only from Form 1 to 5. Female students are accepted for Form 6 (Lower and Upper). The school is widely known as VI, and a student of the Victoria Institution is known as a Victorian. Performing well both academically and in sports, the VI is considered one of the best non-residential schools in Malaysia. In 2007, VI was named as a Cluster School of Excellence by the then Minister of Malaysian Ministry of Education, Hishamuddin Hussein.
