St. Philip's Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church in Durham, North Carolina. It is the oldest remaining church building in the Downtown Durham Historic District and is listed on the register of the Historic Preservation Society of Durham.

The Confederate Soldiers Monument (popularly known as "The Boys Who Wore Gray") was a memorial to the soldiers from Durham County who fought for the Confederate States of America in the American Civil War. Venable Tobacco Company Prizery and Receiving Room is a historic tobacco prizery located at Durham, Durham County, North Carolina. The prizery was built about 1930, and is a three-story, brick building. The trapezoidal shaped, one-story, concrete block receiving room was added in 1952. It is an example of "slow burn" masonry and wood factory construction. The prizery is located adjacent to the Venable Tobacco Company Warehouse, which collectively are the only structures that remain of a larger complex.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.

Durham Hosiery Mills No. 2–Service Printing Company Building was a historic textile mill building located at Durham, Durham County, North Carolina. It was the remaining section of a one-story brick building constructed by the Durham Hosiery Mills Corporation in 1916. The other section was destroyed by a fire in 1979. It featured tall segmental arched windows, heavy exposed curved rafter ends in the eaves, and a monitor roof. After 1947, it housed the Service Printing Company.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It subsequently was destroyed by fire in 1985.

It consists of three storage units: Unit 1 and Unit 2 were built in 1905 and Unit 3 in the 1910s. It is a two-story, brick structure and is an example of "slow burn" masonry and wood factory construction. The warehouse is located adjacent to the Venable Tobacco Company Prizery and Receiving Room, which collectively are the only structures that remain of a larger complex.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Durham Hosiery Mill is a historic textile mill complex located at Durham, Durham County, North Carolina. It includes seven contributing brick buildings in the complex. The original Durham Hosiery Mill was built in 1902, and consists of a four-story main building with a six-story Romanesque Revival style tower in front; engine, boiler, and heater houses attached at the rear, and a one-story dye house. The main building was expanded with a two-story annex in 1904, and a three-story annex in 1906. Other buildings include the triangular Annex No. 1 (1912) and a three-story brick finishing building. By 1910, the Durham Hosiery Mills Corporation was the largest manufacturer of cotton hosiery in the world. The mill was abandoned in 1922.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Erwin Cotton Mills Company Mill No. 1 Headquarters Building, also known as Erwin Square, is a historic textile mill complex located at Durham, Durham County, North Carolina. The mill was built in 1892, and is a two-story, 748 feet long, brick building. It features three square towers projecting from the east facade and by hundreds of large and closely spaced windows. The building exemplifies "slow burn" construction with its exterior load bearing brick walls and its heavy timber heart pine beams and columns. The headquarters building is a Late Victorian style brick building built in 1892 and enlarged in 1896 and 1905. Attached to the headquarters building is a warehouse. In 1983–1984, the complex was renovated as offices and apartments.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It is located in the West Durham Historic District.
