Rowe-Lant Farm is a historic home and farm complex located at East Chatham in Columbia County, New York. The farmhouse was built about 1790 and is an L-shaped dwelling with a 2-story, brick main block and 1+1⁄2-story brick and frame wing. It is five bays wide and two bays deep with a gable roof. Also on the property is a large timber-frame barn, garage and horse barn, and large tractor barn.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

It is a large, two-story brick-and-frame structure designed in the Queen Anne style. It features a two-story, projecting polygonal bay with a hipped roof and a large, deep verandah. Williams House and Farm, also known as Old Chatham Sheepherding Farm and Inn, is a historic home and farm designated a national historic district and located at Chatham in Columbia County, New York. The district includes seven contributing buildings. They are: the main house, a farm employee cottage, another cottage, a stone tool shed (originally a smoke house), and three small barns / garages. The main house is a two-story, frame building with a center hall plan. The house dates to the about 1770, but was extensively enlarged and remodelled in 1935–1936 in the Colonial Revival style, under direction by New York City architects Polhemus & Coffin.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Riders Mills Historic District is a national historic district located at Chatham in Columbia County, New York. The district includes 20 contributing buildings, eight contributing structures, and one contributing site. It includes the remnants of the one thriving hamlet of Riders Mills, located along the Kinderhook Creek and largely wiped out by a flood in 1869. Most of the buildings are residential and date to the early to mid-19th century and reflect a variety of popular architectural styles such as Georgian and Greek Revival. In addition to residences, the district includes a schoolhouse and bridge. There are also eight known archaeological sites, mostly the foundations of mills and residences.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

Spengler Bridge, named after Henry Cones Spengler (26 Feb 1847 - 25 Aug 1911), Chatham County Highway Commissioner, is a historic Pratt Truss bridge located at Chatham in Columbia County, New York. It was built in 1880 by the Morse Bridge Company of Youngstown, Ohio. It is composed of two Pratt trusses with counters, each 138 feet in length. It measures 16 feet wide and crosses the Kinderhook Creek.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

James G. Van Valkenburgh House is a historic home located at Chatham in Columbia County, New York. It was built in 1843 and is a Greek Revival–style residence. It is a large, 2-story, five-bay center-entrance, two-bay-deep, frame dwelling with a large 1+1⁄2-story service wing. The main entry features a single-story open porch with four fluted Doric order columns and a deep entablature. Also on the property are a garage, two barns, and a well house.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The Pratt Homestead, in Spencertown, New York along SR 203, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2009. Its historic significance is attributed to the degree of attention given to its restoration. It was built around 1760 by a family of Spencertown known to have been among the founding members of this community. It served many purposes, among them being agricultural livestock management, as well as a primary residence. In its 2008 National Register nomination it was deemed:s architecturally and historically significant as a distinctive example of a mid-18th-century house built in the design and with the construction methods of the Connecticut River Valley that is a landmark of the migration of New England settlers into eastern New York in the years prior to the Revolutionary War. Erected sometime after 1757, when the Pratt family is reputed to have purchased lots in Spencertown, the twostory, center chimney house employing plank wall construction is quite unlike the domestic architecture indigenous to New York in the period. In addition, the plan and decoration of the interior epitomizes Connecticut building and design traditions.
