Spengler Bridge, named after Henry Cones Spengler (26 Feb 1847 - 25 Aug 1911), Chatham County Highway Commissioner, is a historic Pratt Truss bridge located at Chatham in Columbia County, New York. It was built in 1880 by the Morse Bridge Company of Youngstown, Ohio. It is composed of two Pratt trusses with counters, each 138 feet in length. It measures 16 feet wide and crosses the Kinderhook Creek.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

John S. Williams House and Farm, also known as Old Chatham Sheepherding Farm and Inn, is a historic home and farm designated a national historic district and located at Chatham in Columbia County, New York. The district includes seven contributing buildings. They are: the main house, a farm employee cottage, another cottage, a stone tool shed (originally a smoke house), and three small barns / garages. The main house is a two-story, frame building with a center hall plan. The house dates to the about 1770, but was extensively enlarged and remodelled in 1935–1936 in the Colonial Revival style, under direction by New York City architects Polhemus & Coffin.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

It is one of the earliest settlements in the town and was originally named Chatham.The center of Old Chatham is marked by a few businesses around the intersection of the Albany Turnpike and County Rt. 13. These businesses include the United States Post Office for area code 12136, the Old Chatham Country Store (which includes a cafe/restaurant), and Jackson's Old Chatham House (another restaurant). The Wilbor House, also known as The Thompson Farm, is a historic home located at Old Chatham in Columbia County, New York. It was built in around 1790 and is a two-story, five by two bay, heavy timber frame dwelling on a raised fieldstone foundation. It is topped by a medium pitched gable roof. The house has a one-and-one-half-story wing, with a single-story wing extended from it.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

North Chatham Historic District is a historic district consisting of most or all of the hamlet of North Chatham in Columbia County, New York. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2023.The district then included 110 contributing buildings, 21 contributing structures, two contributing sites, and one contributing object. The center of the district, along the north-south New York State Route 203, has most of the buildings. Included in the north end of the district is a small traffic triangle where NYS 203, Bunker Hill Rd., and County Road 32 intersect. A segment of the historic district including the North Chatham Depot extends north and west of that along Bunker Hill Rd., County Road 32 and Depot St. At the south end of the district are a few buildings on County Road 17 and Dorn Rd. And hidden from direct view is a mill yard which was the "industrial core" of North Chatham. North Chatham developed between about 1785 and 1930, and includes notable examples of Federal, Greek Revival, Gothic Revival, Italianate, and Queen Anne style architecture. Located in the district is the separately listed Peck House. Other notable buildings include the Methodist Church (1867), the North Chatham Depot (a trolley station built c. 1900), and cider mill (c. 1880).

Niverville is a semi-rural hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in northern Columbia County, New York, United States. The hamlet of Niverville is located in the town of Kinderhook, south of Kinderhook Lake. The Niverville CDP includes the hamlet as well as all of the land surrounding Kinderhook Lake, extending east into the town of Chatham. The population of the CDP was 1,662 at the 2010 census.

Peck House is a historic Greek Revival-style home located in the hamlet of North Chatham in Columbia County, New York. It was reconstructed about 1848 and is an imposing, 2-story, symmetrical, five-bay-wide and one-bay-deep dwelling with a substantial 1+1⁄2-story rear wing. It features a three-bay, 1-story porch with Doric order columns. The interior features a number of Greek Revival–style details. Also on the property is a brick smoke house.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. It is also included as a contributing building in the North Chatham Historic District, which was added to the National Register in 2012. Peck House is located at the intersection of County Road 32 and New York State Route 203.

Tracy Memorial Village Hall Complex is a historic village hall located at Chatham, Columbia County, New York. It was built in 1912–1913, and is a two-story, rectangular brick building in a Classical Revival / Colonial Revival style. It is topped by a hipped roof with cupola. The front facade features a monumental Ionic order portico of grey marble. Also on the property is the contributing firehouse (1925) and the H.F. Jenks Company Cup Fountain (1914) located in the Central Square.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.
