Hudson/Innes station is a light rail station on the Muni Metro T Third Street line in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco, California. The station opened with the T Third Street line on January 13, 2007. It has a single island platform located in the median of Third Street between Hudson Avenue and Innes Avenue, with access from crosswalks at both streets. The station is also served by bus routes 44 and 54, plus the T Bus and 91 Owl bus routes, which provide service along the T Third Street line during the early morning and late night hours respectively when trains do not operate.

It has two side platforms; the northbound platform is north of Evans Avenue, and the southbound platform south of Evans Avenue so that trains can pass through the intersection before the station stop. The Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant, also called the Southeast Treatment Plant, is a wastewater treatment plant operated by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, in San Francisco, California, United States. It is located in the southeastern portion of the city in the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood. Southeast is the city's primary treatment plant handling about 80% of the city's wastewater from the eastern two-thirds of the city's residents. The maximum treatment plant capacity is 250 million US gallons (950,000 m3) per day, with the average daily dry weather flow of 60 million US gallons (230,000 m3). The facility discharges treated water about 800 feet (240 m) into San Francisco Bay. Constructed in 1952, the 40-acre (160,000 m2) facility is planned to be updated with new digesters by the mid-2020s.

The Bayview Opera House, formerly known as South San Francisco Opera House, is a theatre at 4705 3rd Street in Bayview-Hunters Point district, San Francisco. Founded in 1888, it is reputed to be the oldest existing theatre in the city. It became a listed City of San Francisco landmark on October 28, 1968, and on March 21, 2011 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. From 2014 to 2016, the theatre underwent renovation.

Cyclone Warehouse was a venue for Underground art located in the Butcher Town area of San Francisco, California, between Potrero Hill and Hunter's Point. It was known for hosting eclectic events, and formerly served as headquarters to a loose collective of artists and artisans. The space was founded in 1992 by Troy Shelton, Nicolas Desbons, Todd Martinez, Dan Hersey, Mark Reitman, Jason Price and Geordie Stevens, a group of students from CCAC and SFSU. They built the space primarily from found materials.
