Marin Street station (also signed as Islais Creek) is a light rail station on the Muni Metro T Third Street line, located in the median of 3rd Street one block south of Cesar Chavez Street in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco, California. The station opened with the T Third Street line on April 7, 2007. It has two side platforms; the northbound platform is south of South Street, and the southbound platform north of Marin Street. The station is also served by bus route 15 plus the T Bus and 91 Owl bus routes, which provide service along the T Third Street line during the early morning and late night hours respectively when trains do not operate.

Jenkins Johnson Gallery is a contemporary art gallery owned and directed by Karen Jenkins-Johnson. The gallery exhibits a spectrum of influential artists from emerging to established. There are 2 gallery spaces: one in San Francisco and a project space in Brooklyn.

Anglim Trimble Gallery, formerly Gallery Paule Anglim, and Anglim Gilbert Gallery, is a contemporary commercial art gallery which is located at Minnesota Street Project, 1275 Minnesota Street, San Francisco, California The gallery was founded by Paule Anglim (1923 –2015) in the early 1970s. The gallery specializes in exhibiting works from West Coast art movements. Following Anglim's passing in the spring of 2015, the gallery was re-opened under the lead of her long-term director, Ed Gilbert, and renamed Anglim Gilbert Gallery. After the death of Gilbert in 2020, it was subsequently renamed Anglim Trimble Gallery under the directorship of Shannon Trimble. The gallery has been located at the Minnesota Street Project since spring of 2016.

Warm Water Cove is an outdoor, formerly industrialized picnic area in San Francisco, California, located near Pier 80 and the Dogpatch neighborhood.The park contains works of graffiti art, abandoned warehouses, and punk concerts. Free, all-ages shows are set up a few times every month by local Bay Area and touring musicians. Along with 924 Gilman Street, it is one of a few punk rock venues in the Bay Area where D.I.Y. music is performed.The park underwent some cleanup and renovation in 2007.

Minnesota Street Project (MSP), is a dual for-profit/foundation model art space founded in 2016 in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco, California; and features 13 art galleries, an event space, and a restaurant.

The station opened with the T Third Street line on January 13, 2007. It has two side platforms; the northbound platform is north of 23rd Street, and the southbound platform south of 23rd Street, so that trains can pass through the intersection before the station stop. Caltrain's 22nd Street station is located about 0.4 miles (0.64 km) away from this station, offering an indirect connection. The station is served by the T Bus and 91 Owl bus routes, which provide service along the T Third Street line during the early morning and late night hours respectively when trains do not operate.

The station opened with the T Third Street line on January 13, 2007. It has two side platforms; the northbound platform is north of Evans Avenue, and the southbound platform south of Evans Avenue so that trains can pass through the intersection before the station stop. The station is also served by bus routes 15, 19, 44 and 54, plus the T Bus and 91 Owl bus routes, which provide service along the T Third Street line during the early morning and late night hours respectively when trains do not operate.

The Potrero Generating Station was a natural gas and diesel burning electricity generating station owned by Mirant and located on a 23-acre (9.3 ha) site in Potrero Point, San Francisco, California. The plant's primary power source was a 206 MW, natural gas burning steam turbine providing baseload power and referred to as "Unit 3". In addition, three 52 MW peaking power diesel generators provided additional power during times of highest consumption. Since the closure of the Hunters Point Power Plant in 2006, Potrero was the last remaining fossil fuel power plant within the confines of San Francisco, with capacity to provide approximately 1/3 of the City's peak electrical power needs. On Dec. 21, 2010, San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom announced that the Potrero plant would cease operations by the end of the year. In a press conference announcing the closure, Newsom stated that "this is a monumental step towards cleaner air, environmental justice and our future of renewable energy and healthier communities." The plant was shut down in January 2011, and since 2012, the property is being considered for redevelopment. City officials approved plans in 2020.

The Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant, also called the Southeast Treatment Plant, is a wastewater treatment plant operated by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, in San Francisco, California, United States. It is located in the southeastern portion of the city in the Bayview-Hunters Point neighborhood. Southeast is the city's primary treatment plant handling about 80% of the city's wastewater from the eastern two-thirds of the city's residents. The maximum treatment plant capacity is 250 million US gallons (950,000 m3) per day, with the average daily dry weather flow of 60 million US gallons (230,000 m3). The facility discharges treated water about 800 feet (240 m) into San Francisco Bay. Constructed in 1952, the 40-acre (160,000 m2) facility is planned to be updated with new digesters by the mid-2020s.

Sam Jordan's Bar is a historic building and a former working-class neighborhood bar (open from 1959 to 2019) located at 4004–4006 3rd Street in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco, California, U.S.. It is a San Francisco Designated Landmark (number 263) since February 6, 2013. It also went by the name Sam Jordan's Bar and Grill.

Double Union is a San Francisco hacker/maker space. Double Union was founded by women in 2013 with the explicit goal of fostering a creative safe space. The organization’s mission is to be a community workshop where women and nonbinary people can work on projects in a comfortable, welcoming environment.Members hold public and members-only events for activities and workshops like zine making, paper circuits and electronics, coding, sewing, 3-dimensional printing, lightning talks, print making and many others. Key carrying members are allowed to invite guests of any gender.

M5 Industries (M5) is a special effects company located in San Francisco, California, best known as the working lab of the TV series MythBusters. Founded in 1997 by Jamie Hyneman, it specialized in producing props for movies and television. Following the conclusion of filming the Mythbusters series, it became a research and development firm.
