Marysville is a city in St. Clair County of the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 9,959 at the 2010 census. The municipality was founded in 1919, first as a village, then became a city in 1924. Marysville is located on the western shore of the St. Clair River, across from Corunna, Ontario. The city is marked by winding streets, subdivisions, a riverfront boardwalk, Bridge-to-Bay Bike Trail and an industrial park. The city was home to the former Wills Sainte Claire Automotive company, a Morton Salt plant, and the Detroit Edison Marysville Power Plant which was decommissioned in 2001 and razed in 2015.

St. Clair Township is a civil township of St. Clair County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 6,817 at the 2010 Census. The city of St. Clair is located near the southeast corner of the township.

The Wadhams Road–Pine River Bridge was a bridge carrying Wadhams Road over the Pine River in Saint Clair Township, Michigan. It was one of the few remaining multiple-span, curved-chord through girder bridges, a type unique to Michigan. The bridge was demolished in 2007.

Marysville High School is a public high school in Marysville, Michigan. The school building was constructed in 2010. The previous school, which stood one block west, was in service from 1942 until its demolition in 2010. The high school has an enrollment of 811, and is a class B school. Marysville High School is in the Macomb Area Conference of the Michigan High School Athletic Association. Its mascot is the Viking, and its colors are navy blue and white with silver accents.

Kimball Township is a civil township of St. Clair County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2010 census, the township population was 9,358.

WPHM (1380 kHz) is a commercial AM radio station in Port Huron, Michigan. The station broadcasts a News/Talk/Sports radio format. It is owned by Radio First with studios on Huron Avenue in Downtown Port Huron.WPHM is powered at 5,000 watts. To protect other stations on 1380 AM from interference, it uses a directional antenna with a seven-tower array. The signal covers much of The Thumb area of Michigan. The transmitter is on Range Road in St. Clair, Michigan, near the St. Clair River.Programming includes a local morning talk show with syndicated news and sports programs the rest of the day. Local newscasts are branded as coming from the Blue Water News Network.Most hours begin with an update from ABC News Radio. The station is also a partial affiliate of Fox Sports Radio. Play by play sports coverage includes the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, Detroit Pistons, Detroit Red Wings, and Michigan State Spartans.

The Marysville Power Plant, nicknamed the Mighty Marysville, was a coal-fired power plant in Marysville, Michigan on the shore of the St. Clair River. The plant was demolished on November 7, 2015, after the land was sold to a developer.

Stag Island is a private Canadian island located in the St. Clair River between Corunna, Ontario and Marysville, Michigan. The island currently houses over 100 cottages owned by both American and Canadian citizens. A ferry service is run from Corunna to the island by the Stag Island Auxiliary Club.

Landmark Academy is a charter school (K-12th grade) located in Kimball in southeastern Michigan. The school is chartered by Saginaw Valley State University. The campus consists of two buildings. In 2010, Landmark completed the purchase of the adjacent Cross Current Megachurch building. The upper floor has been remodeled as of August 2006 into a more classroom-like setting for use as the school's middle/high school building. As of June 2010, the lower floor is also being remodeled for use as classrooms. Beginning in the 2010 school year, the lower floor will be designated as middle school, while the upper floor will be used as a high school.

Corunna is an unincorporated community in St. Clair Township, Lambton County, Ontario, Canada. The site of the community was surveyed by William Beresford in 1823. The community is located approximately 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) south of Sarnia. The community experienced a significant population boom between the 1830s and 1850s, mainly attributed to Scotch-Irish immigration. The community serves as the location of Chemical Valley, a major petrochemical and plastics manufacturing facility.

Port Huron Charter Township is a charter township of St. Clair County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 10,654 at the 2010 Census. The city of Port Huron is adjacent to the township.

WHLS (1450 AM) is an alternative rock radio station licensed to Port Huron, Michigan, with a power output of 1,000 watts, covering much of St. Clair County, Michigan. It is the oldest continuously operating radio station serving St. Clair County. The station is owned by Radio First and broadcasts from studios on Huron Avenue in Downtown Port Huron. Its programming is also simulcasted on FM Translator W288BT, licensed to St. Clair, Michigan at 105.5 MHz, with an effective radiated power of 49 watts. The station currently broadcasts an alternative format branded as Port Huron's Alternative - Rock 105.5. Between 2000 and 2019, WHLS simulcasted its programming on sister station WHLX in Marine City, Michigan. That station is now known as 92.7 WHLX The Hills and has an Americana format. Until July 2020, WHLS competed with CHKS-FM 106.3 MHz in Sarnia, Ontario. The station flipped to Classic Hits, leaving WHLS as the standalone active rock station in the market.
