Senayan City (also often known as Sen C or Sency) is a mixed-use development located in Senayan area, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The complex comprises a seven-floor high end shopping mall, two boutique office towers (one occupied by SCTV as their headquarters, one anchored by Panin Bank) and an apartment tower. During construction, premium hotel chain Sofitel had planned to open in Senayan City with an estimated opening for 2007, which was ultimately scrapped. Senayan City is built on a land area of 48,000 m2 (520,000 sq ft) owned by the Bung Karno Stadium Authority. It is built and managed by Manggala Gelora Perkasa, a subsidiary of Agung Podomoro Group, under the BOT contract for 50 years which starts in 2005. They used Pulau Intan as their main contractor, Structure and mechanical engineering contractor. The development was designed by DP Architects. The shopping mall, soft opened on 23 June 2006 and grand opened on 21 September 2006.

Plaza Senayan is a shopping mall located in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The mall is a few minutes by car from the Semanggi area; offering shops and services such as designer goods and gourmet food. In January 2017, Forbes recognized Plaza Senayan as one of the top five shopping malls in Jakarta.

Patung Pemuda Membangun (translated as Youth Advancement Monument or simply Youth Monument) is a statue located at the southern end of Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. The statue marks the entrance to Kebayoran Baru subdistrict in South Jakarta.

Senayan Station is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. Located on Jl. Jendral Sudirman, it is the first underground station (when heading north towards Bundaran HI) on the MRT. It is located between the Istora Mandiri and ASEAN stations, and has the station code of SNY. The station is located close to the Ratu Plaza Shopping Center, within walking distance of the malls of Senayan City and Plaza Senayan.

Millennium Office Tower is an office building located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is owned by PT. Permata Birama Sakti, and was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Steward & Assc. Inc. Construction began in 2016 and is expected to be complete in 2019. The building stands at 254 meters tall, or 833 feet. It comprises 53 floors above-ground and 6 below-ground, with 750 available parking spaces.

fX Sudirman previously known as Lifestyle X'nter (fX) is a shopping mall in Jakarta, Indonesia. The mall is spread across the first eight floors of the building, and includes fashion, food, beauty, entertainment and business meeting facilities. It stands on a land operated by the Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management Center, who also operates the nearby Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex. The building also contains apartments above the mall level 8, including hotel accommodation by Harris Hotel. The tenth floor contains a gym, pool and tennis court. The complex along with the mall and apartment tower, was known as Sudirman Place from 2006 to 2008. The apartment tower is 213 meters tall and one of the tallest apartment tower in Jakarta. The apartment tower was known as The Pinnacle from 2006 to 2008, which is now named as FX Residence.

Mangkuluhur City is a mixed development of four skyscrapers and one high-rise building on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mangukluhur City is named after Darma Mangkuluhur, the son of the development's co-owner, Tommy Suharto. The project is a collaboration between PT Wisma Purnayudha Putra and KG Global Development. PT Wisma Purnayudha Putra is owned by Tommy, while KG Global Development is owned by Harry Gunawan and Edy Hartono. Total land area of the development is about 4 hectares. The tallest of the towers, The Pinnacle, will have 80 floors above the ground. The development comprises Office Tower 1, Office Tower 2, Apartment Tower A and Apartment Tower B. Office Tower 1 is 33 floors, while Office Tower 2 is 80 floors. Apartment Tower A is 53 floors and Apartment Tower B is 30 floors. Apartment Tower A will house the Regent Hotel and Regent Residences, while Apartment Tower B is being managed by Frasers Hospitality. Office Tower 1 and Apartment Tower B topped off in March 2017. Office Tower 1 houses KEB Hana Bank as its main tenant, which has a 20 year lease.There were existing Crowne Plaza hotel, which will operate in Mangkuluhur City. A Regent Hotel is also being developed at the site and was scheduled to have opened at the end of 2020.

Al-Azhar Great Mosque (Indonesian: Masjid Agung Al-Azhar) is a mosque located in Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta. The mosque was constructed between 1953 and 1958. It was originally known simply as Mesjid Agung (Great Mosque). It was Jakarta's largest mosque when it was built until it was surpassed by the Istiqlal Mosque which was completed in 1978. Al-Azhar mosque and the mosque complex is best known for its educational works.

Sequis Centre Tower is a 210 metres (690 ft) tall skyscraper at Sudirman Central Business District, South Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a LEED Platinum building. The design of the tower is inspired from the Banyan tree with a bundle of four towers, with gardens on the roof featuring typical local plants. To reduce the amount of energy, Sequis Tower has adopted the design of shading fins that can compensate for solar radiation on the building facade. Sequis Tower’s open plaza has pedestrian access to Pacific Place, The Alila Hotel, Jakarta Stock Exchange, Bapindo Towers, Sequis Center, The Energy Tower, Graha CIMB Niaga and MRT Jakarta’s Istora station. The tower is topped off in March, 2017.

District 8 Jakarta is a mixed development complex of 11 towers at Sudirman Central Business District, and adjacent Senopati area in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The tallest building of this complex is Treasury Tower. Total land area of the complex is about 4.8 hectares. The complex has a retail area of about 15,000 square meters, dubbed Astha shopping mall.The complex is being developed by Agung Sedayu Group. Most of its buildings were topped out by January 2017. The first Langham Hotel and Residence in South East Asia will be located in the complex. A serviced apartment building will be operated by Oakwood. As of October 2021, the third tallest building in Jakarta, Treasury Tower is located within this complex. Skyscrapers of District 8 Jakarta complex are as follows,

Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (Indonesian: Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno; literally "Bung Karno Sports Arena Main Stadium"), formerly Senayan Main Stadium and Gelora Senayan Main Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium located at the center of the Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It is mostly used for football matches. The stadium is named after Sukarno, the then-president of Indonesia, who sparked the idea of building the sports complex. When first opened prior to the 1962 Asian Games, the stadium had a seating capacity of 110,000. It has been reduced twice during renovations: first to 88,306 in 2006 for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup and then to 77,193 single seats as part of renovations for the 2018 Asian Games and Asian Para Games, where it hosted the ceremonies and athletics competitions. The capacity of 88,083 makes it 7th largest association football stadium in the world. Due to the most recent renovation which saw all remaining bleachers replaced by single seats, it is the 28th largest association football stadium in the world and the 8th largest association football stadium in Asia.

Bung Karno Sports Arena (Indonesian: Kompleks Gelanggang Olahraga Bung Karno, known as Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex), formerly named Senayan Sports Arena (Indonesian: Gelanggang Olahraga Senayan) from 1969 to 2001 and Asian Games Complex (Indonesian: Kompleks Asian Games) on its early days, is a sports complex located in Gelora, Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It is usually misperceived to be located at Senayan, South Jakarta, hence its former name. The sports complex hosts main stadium, secondary stadium, the Sports Palace, football fields, aquatic stadium, tennis stadiums (indoor and outdoor), hockey, baseball and archery fields, and several indoor gymnasiums. The complex was built in 1960 for the 1962 Asian Games and recently underwent a major reconstruction for the 2018 Asian Games and Asian Para Games. The sports complex host a main stadium with a capacity of 77,193 seats, athletic stadium, football fields, aquatic stadium, tennis stadiums (indoor and outdoor), hockey, baseball and archery fields, and several indoor gymnasiums. It is named after Sukarno, Indonesia's first president and the sitting president during its development and initial opening. It is the largest and one of the oldest sport complex in Jakarta and Indonesia, and also one of the largest in Southeast Asia. The Gelora Bung Karno Stadium is the main building within this sports complex. The abbreviation Gelora also means "vigorous" (like the flame or ocean wave) in Indonesian language. Other than hosting numbers of sports facilities, the sports complex is also a popular place for people of Jakarta to do physical exercises; jogging, bicycling, aerobics and calisthenics especially during weekend.
