fX Sudirman previously known as Lifestyle X'nter (fX) is a shopping mall in Jakarta, Indonesia. The mall is spread across the first eight floors of the building, and includes fashion, food, beauty, entertainment and business meeting facilities. It stands on a land operated by the Gelora Bung Karno Complex Management Center, who also operates the nearby Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex. The building also contains apartments above the mall level 8, including hotel accommodation by Harris Hotel. The tenth floor contains a gym, pool and tennis court. The complex along with the mall and apartment tower, was known as Sudirman Place from 2006 to 2008. The apartment tower is 213 meters tall and one of the tallest apartment tower in Jakarta. The apartment tower was known as The Pinnacle from 2006 to 2008, which is now named as FX Residence.

Millennium Office Tower is an office building located at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is owned by PT. Permata Birama Sakti, and was designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Steward & Assc. Inc. Construction began in 2016 and is expected to be complete in 2019. The building stands at 254 meters tall, or 833 feet. It comprises 53 floors above-ground and 6 below-ground, with 750 available parking spaces.

The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Indonesian: Kementerian Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia, abbreviated as Kemenkebud RI or Kemenkebud) is a ministry within the Indonesian Government tasked with organizing government affairs in the field of cultural advancement objects, cultural heritage, and other cultures. The Ministry of Culture is led by the Minister of Culture who since October 21, 2024 has been Fadli Zon.

Sequis Centre Tower is a 210 metres (690 ft) tall skyscraper at Sudirman Central Business District, South Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a LEED Platinum building. The design of the tower is inspired from the Banyan tree with a bundle of four towers, with gardens on the roof featuring typical local plants. To reduce the amount of energy, Sequis Tower has adopted the design of shading fins that can compensate for solar radiation on the building facade. Sequis Tower’s open plaza has pedestrian access to Pacific Place, The Alila Hotel, Jakarta Stock Exchange, Bapindo Towers, Sequis Center, The Energy Tower, Graha CIMB Niaga and MRT Jakarta’s Istora station. The tower is topped off in March, 2017.

Senayan (or Senayan Bank Jakarta, with Bank Jakarta granted for naming rights; formerly Gelora Bung Karno) is a Transjakarta bus rapid transit station located in Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. The station, which primarily serves in corridor 1, is located adjacent with the Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex at north.

Senayan Station is a rapid transit station on the North-South Line of the Jakarta MRT in Jakarta, Indonesia. Located on Jl. Jendral Sudirman, it is the first underground station (when heading north towards Bundaran HI) on the MRT. It is located between the Istora Mandiri and ASEAN stations, and has the station code of SNY. The station is located close to the Ratu Plaza Shopping Center, within walking distance of the malls of Senayan City and Plaza Senayan.

Mangkuluhur City is a mixed development of four skyscrapers and one high-rise building on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto in Jakarta, Indonesia. Mangukluhur City is named after Darma Mangkuluhur, the son of the development's co-owner, Tommy Suharto. The project is a collaboration between PT Wisma Purnayudha Putra and KG Global Development. PT Wisma Purnayudha Putra is owned by Tommy, while KG Global Development is owned by Harry Gunawan and Edy Hartono. Total land area of the development is about 4 hectares. The tallest of the towers, The Pinnacle, will have 80 floors above the ground. The development comprises Office Tower 1, Office Tower 2, Apartment Tower A and Apartment Tower B. Office Tower 1 is 33 floors, while Office Tower 2 is 80 floors. Apartment Tower A is 53 floors and Apartment Tower B is 30 floors. Apartment Tower A will house the Regent Hotel and Regent Residences, while Apartment Tower B is being managed by Frasers Hospitality. Office Tower 1 and Apartment Tower B topped off in March 2017. Office Tower 1 houses KEB Hana Bank as its main tenant, which has a 20 year lease.There were existing Crowne Plaza hotel, which will operate in Mangkuluhur City. A Regent Hotel is also being developed at the site and was scheduled to have opened at the end of 2020.

District 8 Jakarta is a mixed development complex of 11 towers at Sudirman Central Business District, and adjacent Senopati area in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The tallest building of this complex is Treasury Tower. Total land area of the complex is about 4.8 hectares. The complex has a retail area of about 15,000 square meters, dubbed Astha shopping mall.The complex is being developed by Agung Sedayu Group. Most of its buildings were topped out by January 2017. The first Langham Hotel and Residence in South East Asia will be located in the complex. A serviced apartment building will be operated by Oakwood. As of October 2021, the third tallest building in Jakarta, Treasury Tower is located within this complex. Skyscrapers of District 8 Jakarta complex are as follows,

Bundaran Senayan (shortened as Bunsen) is a Transjakarta bus rapid transit station located on Jenderal Sudirman Street, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia, serving Corridor 1. The station is named after a roundabout south of the station. It is the terminus of services 9C and 10H as well as the feeder service 1F serving Palmerah KRL station. The name 'Bundaran Senayan' (Indonesian for 'Senayan Roundabout') is named after a roundabout with the same name to the southwest of this station, which is the southern end of the Jenderal Sudirman Street. The roundabout features the iconic Patung Pemuda Membangun (lit. 'Youth Advancement Monument').

Plaza Senayan is a shopping mall located in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. The mall is a few minutes by car from the Semanggi area; offering shops and services such as designer goods and gourmet food. In January 2017, Forbes recognized Plaza Senayan as one of the top five shopping malls in Jakarta.

On 15 March 2025, the Civil Society Coalition for Security Sector Reform held a protest at the Fairmont Hotel in Central Jakarta, targeting a closed-door meeting of the Working Committee on the Revision of the TNI Law attended by members of the Indonesian House of Representatives and government representatives. The meeting was part of ongoing efforts to revise Law Number 34 of 2004 on the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), with proposed amendments sparking controversy—such as the placement of active-duty soldiers in civilian posts and an increase in the retirement age. The protest involved three activists who entered the meeting room, unfurled critical posters, and voiced objections, demanding that the meeting be halted due to its closed-door nature. They were removed by security personnel and reported to the police, who are now conducting an investigation. The House of Representatives defended the meeting's location, calling it a common practice, without addressing the substance of the criticism.

GBK City Park (Indonesian: Hutan Kota GBK, lit. 'GBK City Forest') or known as Hutan Kota by Plataran is an urban park and multifunctional outdoor park area located in Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. It is used for various activities with a strategic location and beautiful views with an area of 4,5 ha.
