Əmircan (also, Amirabdzhan, Amiradzhan, Amiradzhany, Amircan, Amirdžan, Amirjan, and Amirdzhan) is a municipality in Baku, Azerbaijan. It has a population of 28,203.

Nizamaddin Mosque is a 14th-century mosque located in the Amirjan settlement of Baku, Azerbaijan. After Azerbaijan regained its independence, the building was included in the list of the country's significant immovable historical and cultural monuments by the decision numbered 132 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on August 2, 2001.

Bülbülə (also, Byul’byuli, Byul’byulya, and Byulbyuti) is a municipality in Baku, Azerbaijan. It has a population of 17,105.

Bakıxanov (Bakikhanov) is a settlement and municipality in Baku, Azerbaijan. It was named after Abbasgulu Bakikhanov and has a population of 71,600. It contains a mosque and a public park. On the eastern side of the town is Bulbula Lake. Sabunchu lies near northwestern Bakıxanov. Prior to 1992, it was known as Stepan Razin, named for the Cossack uprising leader Stepan Razin.

The Azersun Arena or Tofiq Ismayilov Stadium, also referred as Surakhani Stadium (Azerbaijani: Azərsun Arena) is a football stadium in Yeni Suraxanı, Baku, Azerbaijan, opened in June 2015. The main tenant of the stadium is Qarabağ, who moved from their home at the Tofiq Bahramov Stadium when it was completed.

Suraxanı (Surakhany) is a settlement and raion of Baku, Azerbaijan. It has a population of 210,500. The region is best known for the Fire Temple of Baku on the northern edge of town, a castle-like temple and monastery complex known locally as the Ateşgah or Ateshgyakh. It was a Zoroastrian temple. The complex was built on a pocket of natural gas that once produced a flame from natural gas seepage. The local Tat name of the raion is said to related to "the Persian words 'Surakh' (hole) or Surkh/ Sorkh (red) and 'khani' (source or fountain). According to historical sources, before the construction of the Parsi Temple Of Fire (Atashgah) in Surakhany at the end of the 18th century, the local people also worshipped at this site because of the 'seven holes with burning flame'. And thus the name 'Surakhany' - holes with burning fountains."The township itself is poor and surrounded by the petrochemical industry facilities that are endemic to the Absheron Peninsula.

Ismat Gayibov Stadium, also referred as Bakikhanov Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Bakikhanov settlement of Baku, Azerbaijan. It is named in honor of Ismat Gayibov (1942–1991). It is currently used mostly for football matches. In February 2011, the president of Neftchi Baku football club Sadyg Sadygov announced that in domestic competitions Neftchi will host the rivals in Ismat Gayibov Stadium beginning from 2011–2012 season. The stadium holds approximately 5,000 seats. However, he states that an additional sector with 2,500 seats is to be constructed in the stadium.

It has a population of 87,349. The municipality consists of the settlements of Qaraçuxur.There are 7 secondary schools, 1 gymnasium, 1 dental polyclinic, 1 medical unit and 1 hospital in the settlement.

The Baku Children’s Theatre is a theatre for young audiences in Qaraçuxur, Baku, Azerbaijan, founded in 2001. It participates in national and international theatre festivals, cooperates with international organizations, and hosts a theatre studio for children with special needs.
