Eccleston Yards is an open-air mall in Belgravia, London, that is located between Eccleston Place, Eccleston Street, Ebury Street and Elizabeth Street. It is approximately a 7-minute walk from London Victoria Station. Eccleston Yards owned by the Grosvenor Group and managed by Grosvenor Britain & Ireland. It consists of 19 units which include shops, businesses, restaurants and fitness studios, i.e. Barry's.Eccleston Yards was previously the location of Eccleston Place Power Station, owned by Westminster Electric Supply Corporation Ltd. whom supplied electricity to the Mayfair & Belgravia area for the first time in 1891. The yard was redeveloped from a car park to a co-working and creative hub in 2018; part of a £1 billion investment program for the Belgravia area. The architectural designs for the redevelopment were among 27 projects shortlisted for the RIBA Regional Awards (South London) in 2020.Eccleston Yards opened in the summer of 2018 and is often the venue for various events, such as open air screenings of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

Chester Square is an elongated residential garden square in London's Belgravia district. It was developed by the Grosvenor family, as were the nearby Belgrave and Eaton Square. The square is named after the city of Chester, the city nearest the Grosvenors' ancestral home of Eaton Hall.No.32 was used as a backdrop for video accompanying Morrissey's track "Suedehead". The whole except No.s 80a, 81, 81a, 82, 83 and 83a (so No.s 1–13 and 14–23, 24–32, 37–39, 42–45, 45a, 45b, 65–76 and 77–80, 80a, and 84–88 and the Mews Arch) is listed Grade II for architectural merit.The (private, communal) gardens are Grade II listed on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens.

Victoria Coach Station in the City of Westminster is the largest coach station in London, and a terminus for medium and long distance coach services in the United Kingdom. It is operated by Victoria Coach Station Limited, a subsidiary of Transport for London. As of 2017, there were 14 million passenger and 472,000 coach movements annually.Victoria Coach Station covers 3.3 acres (13,000 m2) with separate arrival and departure terminals on opposite sides of Elizabeth Street. The departure building includes food and retail outlets, left-luggage facilities and a ticket hall.London Buses routes 11, 44, 170, 211, C1, C10, N11 and N44 serve the coach station. It is a short walk from Victoria railway station.

The International Council of Jurists (ICJ) is a company based in London, England that organizes seminars and conferences in London and India, and gives out awards. It charges fees for membership, conference sponsorship and advertising. In April 2020 its president, Adish Aggarwala, launched a conspiracy theory in which he claimed the Chinese had deliberately launched the COVID-19 pandemic to further its ambitions to become a superpower. The Indian government disowned any connection with the ICJ and its views, but the story created a sensation in the Indian press.

The Church of St Michael is a Church of England parish church on Chester Square in the Belgravia district of West London. It has been listed Grade II on the National Heritage List for England since February 1958.

Lower Belgrave Street is a street in London's Belgravia district. It runs north-west to south-east and begins as a continuation of Upper Belgrave Street where it meets Eaton Square. It crosses one through-street, Ebury Street, and ends in a t-junction facing Victoria station's west front at Buckingham Palace Road. Among the notable buildings are a mid-19th-century (initial category, Grade II-listed) Plumbers Arms at no 14. Another is a small primary school.

The Plumbers Arms is a Grade II listed public house at 14 Lower Belgrave Street, Belgravia, London SW1.It is where Lady Lucan burst in on the evening of 7 November 1974, covered in blood and fearing for her own life, after discovering that her husband, Lord Lucan, had murdered their nanny, Sandra Rivett. (Lord Lucan's subsequent disappearance means this case has never been tried in court, but his wife identified him as her assailant and he was named as the murderer at the coroner's inquest). It was built mid-19th century.

Green Line Coach Station is a coach station in London, England, situated in Bulleid Way, Victoria. The station offers regional coach services to various destinations to the north and west of London by Green Line Coaches and others, and tour buses operated by Golden Tours. It should not be confused with the nearby Transport for London owned Victoria Coach Station which offers intercity services by National Express Coaches, Megabus and others, or with the Victoria bus station which offers urban services from London Buses.

Eaton Square is a rectangular, residential garden square in London's Belgravia district. It is the largest square in London. It is one of the three squares built by the landowning Grosvenor family when they developed the main part of Belgravia in the 19th century that are named after places in Cheshire — in this case Eaton Hall, the Grosvenor country house. It is larger but less grand than the central feature of the district, Belgrave Square, and both larger and grander than Chester Square. The first block was laid out by Thomas Cubitt from 1827. In 2016 it was named as the "Most Expensive Place to Buy Property in Britain", with a full terraced house costing on average £17 million — many of such town houses have been converted, within the same, protected structures, into upmarket apartments. The six adjoining, tree-planted, central gardens of Eaton Square are Grade II listed on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens. All of the buildings (No.s 1–7, 8-12A, 14–23, 24 and 24a to 48, 51–62, 63–66, Eaton House (No. 66a), 67–71, 72, 73–82, 83–102 and 103–118) are statutorily listed, specifically at Grade II* save as to 1 to 7 and 63 to 66a which are in the mainstream, initial category of grade II. No.s 103 to 105 are leased and internally converted into the Belgian Embassy, as is No. 106 for the Bolivian Embassy. The red telephone booth, of the "K6" edition outside No. 103, is Grade II listed.
