The architectural designs for the redevelopment were among 27 projects shortlisted for the RIBA Regional Awards (South London) in 2020.Eccleston Yards opened in the summer of 2018 and is often the venue for various events, such as open air screenings of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

The Buddhist Society is a UK registered charity which aims to encourage the study and practice of Buddhist principles. The Buddhist Society is an inter-denominational and non-sectarian lay organization. It offers talks and classes on the teachings of all the different major mainstream Buddhist schools and traditions, as well as a structured programme of courses on general Buddhism, for both the public and members. It has a publishing programme and in its premises houses one of the main libraries in Britain on Buddhism. It is managed by an elected council and its patron is the 14th Dalai Lama. It is a short walk from Victoria railway station.

Gareth Wyn Williams (26 September 1978 – c. 16 August 2010) was a Welsh mathematician and Junior Analyst for GCHQ seconded to the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS or MI6) who was found dead in suspicious circumstances at a Security Service safe house flat in Pimlico, London, on 23 August 2010. The inquest found that his death was "unnatural and likely to have been criminally mediated." A subsequent Metropolitan Police re-investigation concluded that Williams's death was "probably an accident".Two senior British police sources have said some of Williams's work was focused on Russia – and one confirmed reports that he had been helping the US National Security Agency trace international money-laundering routes that are used by organised crime groups including Moscow-based mafia cells.

The Clermont, Victoria, originally known as The Grosvenor Hotel, is a historic hotel in Victoria, London opened in 1862. It is Grade II* listed for its architectural and historic interest, being cited as "one of the first buildings in London to use a French pavilion roof".
