The Mazor Mausoleum (Hebrew: מאוזוליאום מזור) is one of the best preserved Roman buildings in Israel, located in El'ad. The Mausoleum, which is the only Roman era building in Israel to still stand from its foundations to its roof, was built for an important Roman man and his wife in the 3rd century AD. Their identities remain a mystery but one can still see the remnants of two sarcophagi in the mausoleum.

Al-Muzayri'a (Arabic: المُزيرعة) was a Palestinian village in the Ramle Subdistrict. It was depopulated in 1948. In 1998 the new Israeli city of El'ad was built over the ruins.

On 5 May 2022, a terror attack took place in El'ad, Central District, Israel, during Israel's Independence Day (Yom Ha'atzmaut). Four civilians were murdered and several others were injured.Israeli Police identified the perpetrators as two Palestinians from Rummanah, West Bank. They were captured on 8 May.

El'ad, (Hebrew: אלעד), is a city in the Central District of Israel. In the 1990s, it was built for a Haredi Jewish population and to a lesser extent, it was also built for a Religious Zionist Jewish population. Located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of Tel Aviv on Route 444 between Rosh HaAyin and Shoham, it had a population of 49,593 in 2021. El'ad is the only locality in Israel officially designated a religious municipality. The name El'ad means "Forever God", but it is also named after a member of the tribe of Ephraim, who lived in this area (1 Chronicles 7:21).

Giv'at Ko'ah (Hebrew: גִּבְעַת כֹּ"חַ, lit. Hill of the Twenty Eight or Strength Hill) is a moshav in central Israel. Located to the south of Petah Tikva, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 903.

Nahshonim (Hebrew: נַחְשׁוֹנִים, lit. Pioneers) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the south of the Sharon plain near Rosh HaAyin, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 435.

It was depopulated during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War on July 10, 1948, by the Alexandroni and Armored (Eighth) brigades under Operation Dani. It was located 12 km northeast of Ramla. al-Tira was mostly destroyed with the exception of a few houses survived destruction.

Bareket (Hebrew: בַּרֶקֶת, lit. "Emerald") is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah around five kilometres north-east of Ben Gurion International Airport and covering 2,500 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 2,082.

Rinatya (Hebrew: רִנַּתְיָה) is a moshav in central Israel. Located between Petah Tikva and Yehud, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 1,205.

Mazor (Hebrew: מָזוֹר, lit. Cure) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain around three kilometres south-east of Petah Tikva and covering 2,300 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,330.

Tirat Yehuda (Hebrew: טִירַת יְהוּדָה, lit. Judah's Castle) is a moshav in central Israel. Located near Yehud and Ben Gurion International Airport, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 1,201.

Rantiya (Arabic: رنتيّة, known to the Romans as Rantia and to the Crusaders as Rentie) was a Palestinian village, located 16 kilometers east of Jaffa. During the British Mandate in Palestine, in 1945 it had a population of 590 inhabitants. Those inhabitants became refugees after a 10 July 1948 assault by Israeli forces from the Palmach's Eighth Armored Brigade and the Third Infantry Battalion of the Alexandroni Brigade during the 1948 Arab-Israeli war.Of the over 100 houses that made up the village, only three remain standing today. The Jewish localities of Mazor, Nofekh, and Rinatia are located on Rantiya's former lands.
