Al-Muzayri'a

El'ad, (Hebrew: אלעד), is a city in the Central District of Israel. In the 1990s, it was built for a Haredi Jewish population and to a lesser extent, it was also built for a Religious Zionist Jewish population. Located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of Tel Aviv on Route 444 between Rosh HaAyin and Shoham, it had a population of 49,593 in 2021. El'ad is the only locality in Israel officially designated a religious municipality. The name El'ad means "Forever God", but it is also named after a member of the tribe of Ephraim, who lived in this area (1 Chronicles 7:21).

The Mazor Mausoleum (Hebrew: מאוזוליאום מזור) is one of the best preserved Roman buildings in Israel, located in El'ad. The Mausoleum, which is the only Roman era building in Israel to still stand from its foundations to its roof, was built for an important Roman man and his wife in the 3rd century AD. Their identities remain a mystery but one can still see the remnants of two sarcophagi in the mausoleum.

On 5 May 2022, a terror attack took place in El'ad, Central District, Israel, during Israel's Independence Day (Yom Ha'atzmaut). Four civilians were murdered and several others were injured.Israeli Police identified the perpetrators as two Palestinians from Rummanah, West Bank. They were captured on 8 May.

Nahshonim (Hebrew: נַחְשׁוֹנִים, lit. Pioneers) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the south of the Sharon plain near Rosh HaAyin, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 435.

Qula (Arabic: قولة) was a Palestinian village in the Ramle Subdistrict of Mandatory Palestine. It was located 15 km northeast of Ramla and was depopulated during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War.Hasan Salama and his son Ali Hassan Salameh (1940-1979) were from Qula.

Rinatya (Hebrew: רִנַּתְיָה) is a moshav in central Israel. Located between Petah Tikva and Yehud, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 1,205.

Giv'at Ko'ah (Hebrew: גִּבְעַת כֹּ"חַ, lit. Hill of the Twenty Eight or Strength Hill) is a moshav in central Israel. Located to the south of Petah Tikva, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 903.

Mazor (Hebrew: מָזוֹר, lit. Cure) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain around three kilometres south-east of Petah Tikva and covering 2,300 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,330.

Rantiya (Arabic: رنتيّة, known to the Romans as Rantia and to the Crusaders as Rentie) was a Palestinian village, located 16 kilometers east of Jaffa. During the British Mandate in Palestine, in 1945 it had a population of 590 inhabitants. Those inhabitants became refugees after a 10 July 1948 assault by Israeli forces from the Palmach's Eighth Armored Brigade and the Third Infantry Battalion of the Alexandroni Brigade during the 1948 Arab-Israeli war.Of the over 100 houses that made up the village, only three remain standing today. The Jewish localities of Mazor, Nofekh, and Rinatia are located on Rantiya's former lands.

Nofekh (Hebrew: נֹפֶךְ, נופך) is a community settlement in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Modi'in Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 610.

Migdal Afek (Hebrew: מגדל אפק), also Migdal Tsedek (Hebrew: מגדל צדק), is a national park on the southeastern edge of Rosh HaAyin, Israel. It is the site of the depopulated Palestinian village of Majdal Yaba.

Majdal Yaba (Arabic: مجدل يابا) was a Palestinian Arab village in the Ramle Subdistrict, located 18.5 kilometres (11.5 mi) northeast of Ramla and 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) east of Jaffa. A walled Jewish settlement name Migdal Aphek (Hebrew: מגדל אפק, lit. 'Tower of Aphek'; Ancient Greek: Αφεχού πύργος) stood at the same site as early as the second century BCE, and it was later destroyed by the Romans during the First Jewish–Roman War in 67 CE. In the Crusader period, a fort named Mirabel was built at the site. During the Islamic period it became known as Majdal Yaba. For a short time under Ottoman rule, its name was changed from Majdal Yaba to Majdal Sadiq and then back again. Incorporated into Mandatory Palestine in 1922, Majdal Yaba was captured by Israeli forces during the 1948 Arab–Israeli war on July 12, 1948. The town was depopulated as a result of the military assault. The number of refugees from Majdal Yaba was estimated at 1,763. The Israeli locality of Rosh HaAyin was established on the village lands in 1950, followed by the kibbutz Givat HaShlosha in 1953.
