Tyzenhaus Palace (Lithuanian Tyzenhauzų rūmai) is an 18th-century mansion located in the city of Vilnius, Lithuania.

Radziwiłł Minor Palace (Lithuanian: Mažieji Radvilų rūmai; Polish: Mały Pałac Radziwiłłów) is a former palace of the Radziwiłł family in Vilnius, Lithuania. The palace was originally built in the 17th century and was reconstructed twice in 1796–1810 and 1987–1989. Currently, it houses the Lithuanian Theater, Music and Cinema Museum.

Lithuanian Theater, Music and Cinema Museum (Lithuanian: Lietuvos teatro, muzikos ir kino muziejus) is a museum in Vilnius, Lithuania. It is located in the Minor Radvilos Palace (Lithuanian: Mažieji Radvilų rūmai). The material stored in the Museum reflects life, creation, and spiritual experience of Lithuanian artists. The Museum accumulates, preserves and examines showpieces related to the history of Lithuanian theatre, music, and cinema, organize evenings in commemoration of artists of these spheres, and exhibitions of collections, conducts exhaustive topical excursions and educational programs, prepare educational publications and consult visitors. Communicating with foreign institutions, international exhibitions are also held there to present significant artists of foreign countries. Furthermore, modern art exhibitions are held there, and summers are especially rich with various events in the amphitheatre of the Museum.

Evangelical Lutheran Church (Lithuanian: Evangelikų liuteronų bažnyčia) is a Lutheran church in the Vilnius Old Town. Its parish has 600 members and it is the only Evangelical Lutheran church in Vilnius.Following the restoration of Lithuania's independence in 1990, the church was visited by the Swedish and Norwegian kings.Commemorating the 500th anniversary of Reformation a monument to Martin Luther was unveiled in the church's yard.

The Church of St. Catherine (Lithuanian: Šv. Kotrynos bažnyčia, Polish: Kościół Św. Katarzyny) is a Roman Catholic church in Vilnius' Old Town. It was founded by the Hetman of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Voivode of Vilnius Jan Karol Chodkiewicz in 1618.

Saint Nicholas Church (Lithuanian: Šv. Mikalojaus bažnyčia) is the oldest surviving church in Lithuania, built in the Old Town of the capital city Vilnius.

The Lithuanian Gay League (LGL) is the only non-governmental organization in Lithuania exclusively representing the interests of the local LGBT* community. The LGL association is one of the most stable and mature organizations within the civic sector in the country, as it was founded on 3 December 1993. The main principle, characterizing the activities of the association, is the principle of independence from any political or financial interests with the view of attaining effective social inclusion and integration of the local LGBT* community in Lithuania. Based on its expertise in the fields of advocacy, awareness raising and community building, accumulated during twenty years of organizational existence, LGL strives for the consistent progress in the field of human rights for LGBT* people.

Tiškevičiai Palace is a former residential palace in Vilnius Old Town, near the intersection of Trakų and Pylimo streets. There have been masonry buildings on the site since the 15th century. The Baroque mansion was designed by Laurynas Gucevičius for the Karpiai noble family in the 18th century. The palace owes its name to the Tiškevičiai (Tyszkiewicz) noble family who commissioned Tomas Tyšeckis to reconstruct the building in 1840.The former palace belongs to the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and houses the Faculty of Architecture.

The Vilna Ghetto was a World War II Jewish ghetto established and operated by Nazi Germany in the city of Vilnius in the modern country of Lithuania, at the time part of the Nazi-administered Reichskommissariat Ostland.During the approximately two years of its existence starvation, disease, street executions, maltreatment, and deportations to concentration and extermination camps reduced the ghetto's population from an estimated 40,000 to zero. Only several hundred people managed to survive, mostly by hiding in the forests surrounding the city, joining Soviet partisans, or sheltering with sympathetic locals.

Vokiečių Street (literally: the German Street; Lithuanian: Vokiečių gatvė; German: Die Deutsche Gasse) is a street in the Old Town of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. It is one of the oldest streets in Vilnius and its name arise from the 14th century when the German merchants and craftsman settled there. From 1546, the Vilnius Mint was located in the street. The street was the most beautiful in Vilnius in the 16th century as it already had many brick houses. In the second half of the 19th century, the street was densely inhabited by the Jews and the Great Synagogue of Vilna was located in Vokiečių Street 13A.Following the World War II, the old structure of the street was severely destroyed as many damaged buildings were demolished and the original buildings survived only on one side of the street.

Vilnius County (Lithuanian: Vilniaus apskritis) is the largest of the 10 counties of Lithuania, located in the east of the country around the city Vilnius and is also known as Capital Region or Sostinės regionas by the Lithuanian statistics department and Eurostat. On 1 July 2010, the county administration was abolished, and since that date, Vilnius County remains as the territorial and statistical unit.

The Military Ordinariate of Lithuania (Lithuanian: Lietuvos kariuomenės ordinariatas) is a military ordinariate of the Roman Catholic Church. Immediately subject to the Holy See, it provides pastoral care to Roman Catholics serving in the Lithuanian Armed Forces and their families. The military ordinaries have the rights and duties of a bishop and participate in the Lithuanian Bishops' Conferences.
